Good Day Cafe

Always respectful and accommodating. Plenty of food. Enough for leftovers if you can help not eat every morsel. The best small town experience you can get. (Whomever those are that left bad reviews must have meant some other Good Day Cafe, not GA)

Stopped in for lunch today. It was busy, but there was a table available for us. The server let us know up front that she'd take care of us, but they were shorthanded. At some places, that would've meant we were going to get terrible service. Not here at Good Day Cafe! We got our drink and food order taken quickly. The food came out hot and delicious! Overall great experience! If that's how they do things short on staff, I can't wait to go back when they're fully staffed!

Very nice place to eat. Great atmosphere food and service. The pork chop was excellent. The pork egg roll and tuna appetizers were very good. The only downside was the ribeye had a lot of silver skin in it. But the steak had a very good taste. Will definitely be back to try other menu items

I have eaten all over the US, and the Bahamas. I live 30 minutes from this place and feel like I am always treated like family, to an awesome meal each time. Service has always been spot on.

The food is good, the service was excellent, and overall I had a great meal. The decor and ambiance are all over the place, I couldn't tell if they were going for a low key holster casual experience, or a rural fine dining experience, either way it could use a little direction.

Once again, the food and service were great, the chef is talented and creative, they have solid beer and wine selections, and the portions and presentation are top notch.

My only other complaint is the price, it isn't outrageous, just a bit high for a small town restaurant that has more of a beach shack vibe than a haute cuisine feel.

If you want a great meal and great service, and don't mind paying a little more than a chain place, go, you wont be disappointed.

Amazing Food, absolutely the best pork chop i have ever had.

Food is incredible and fresh. Staff super friendly. Went for dinner tonight and food was spectacular and as always, staff was so friendly! Love having date nights here!!

The food and the service are spectacular! The owner Kevin is a great guy and is so excited to see every guest as if he knows them all on a personal level. Levar, Liza, Heather, Dan, Bobbie, and Carlton are an excellent team, that provide exceptional meals and service everytime!!

This is a little gem of a place! Everyone was so friendly and Carolyn, our server, was very sweet and attentive. Our salads were fresh and the house vinegarette was perfect. my cedar plank salmon with asparagus and grits was quite frankly one of the best dishes I have ever tasted. My husband had the shrimp scampi...all I can say is that broke me. I am 53 and cannot stand shrimp...until now! The desserts, creme brule and bread pudding were also over the top! Please...if you are anywhere near here give this place a try. Tell Carolyn Guy and Laura sent you!

This is one of the Best restaurants I have ever found...Priced similarly to a Longhorns,but the taste and quality of each entree at Good Day Cafe far exceeds in taste and quality.
