Whoever is working the drive-thru is always so friendly! I never wait for long and the bagels, coffee, and frappés are always amazing!

Just came here after reading so many great reviews. I will agree the lady is kind but I just received Luke warm coffee.

Nice friendly staff. No strong coffee flavor and tasted watered down. Blueberry muffin dense but okay. Just wait in the Ellianos line down the street.

My favorite in this heat... a Dirty Chocolate. Delicious frozen hot chocolate with a shot of espresso. I top mine off with caramel drizzle for a special treat

I usually get my expresso from another company, however I decided to try something different...

Employee was awesome! I told her the type of drink I wanted and what ingredients I can/can't have. She was patient & wanted me to taste it before I leave. If I did not like it, she would of made another one for me.

They have the best coffee and muffins!! Plus the staff is super sweet.

Top notch customer service and a beyond friendly staff will definitely make me a lifelong customer. The coffee is excellent and the food is incredible! I recommend the pound cake with an iced Hug In A Mug!

The Italian ice huggelatte is always delicious. The lemon is my favorite.
