Great food great atmosphere will return

It was extremely loud they have no hostess and the food was overcooked and the vegetables way undercooked my potato was hard as a rock like it was microwaved next time I want to spend 75 bucks on a nice meal I will go find a food truck

GREAT food. Visiting from South Florida and had a delicious dinner. Our server, Late(?) was attentive and made great recommendations. The crab cakes were full of fresh crab meat and the shrimp and grits was beyond amazing! With true southern hospitality, the owner offered us free dessert since it was our first time there. Refreshing key lime pie was the perfect end to a perfect meal. Thank you for a great meal.

Best philly cheese steak I’ve ever had!! Wonderful atmosphere and even better service. If I could rate 10 stars I would. Robyn is the sweetest waitress and very knowledgeable about the menu and gave a great recommendation. Can’t wait to come back to enjoy the back patio and band for dinner.

Excellent meals. I had fried catfish and it was perfectly cooked. Moist. Sometimes restaurants cook it way too much and dry it out. I could not eat it all. Hated to leave those fried green tomatoes. Owner suggested next time to get the lunch portion. Will do. Not cheap but good.

We stppped on our way home from the beach. It was fantastic. The food was all very fresh and delicious. The waitress anticipated our needs & was very cheerful. The owner even came out to say hello. The individual booths provided comfort & charm. The restaurant is right on the downtown square and provides a welcome diversion on the monotonous drive along I-16.

We had heard nothing but good about this restaurant so for once decided to stay in town tonight and eat. The service was great for a few minutes until what I guess was regular customers came in, it was pretty much good luck getting any service after that without having to flag someone down and asking. Steak brought to the table with no steak knife, no butter for the baked potato, and appetizer brought out after the meal. Way to go, so much for supporting local business.

My hubby and I went for lunch today excellent food service and atmosphere. Berni even came to our table and greeted us! We even got a free appetizer! Definitely going again. Hubby is addicted to their coleslaw! If you are new to the area like we are this should be top of your list!

Upscale dining in Swainsboro. Hadn't been to Berni's in a while but same good food and enjoyable atmosphere. Macy was our server, personality plus, took very good care of us. Next time will order my hamburger with soft bun, not toasted.

Great service. Great staff. Above all, the food is out of this world. Money well spent. Great atmosphere especially when bands are playing. Honestly, never pass this fine restaurant up.
