Got breakfast with the family, during COVID, was very tasty and we’ll come back when in St Simons. I got the crab and pimento cheese omelet - would do it again!

Excellent place for breakfast. Service could not have been better. Quality of food was top notch. Menu variety was very good. Price was around $10 per person. Looking forward to going again before we leave.

So good! The breakfast known as the Local is amazing! The coffee is delicious. The grits were perfect—didn’t even add salt or butter. Highly recommend! Service was great, as well.

On 3-6-23 was able to dine at the establishment for breakfast and the food was good enough but the rudeness of the man in charge made the experience awful...

Well first of off I would like to say how rude the people were there. Mostly the one guy that was addressing people when you first came in. When we arrived and came in there was nobody at the door to greet us. We preceded to sit down at the table to the right of the front door. There is no sign saying outside that you can or can not seat yourself. The waitress called out to the waiter to see if this was ok for us to sit there. She made some snarky remarks when my wife asked her a simple question. Another couple came in with their kids and once again there was nobody or no sign saying you could not seat yourself. The same guy came back while they were trying to sit at the table and proceeded to tell them that you just don’t seat yourself ! He replied that he was sorry and it was their first time there. They guy had a snarky tone with the people the whole time. They proceeded to go and wait outside. We had our food within a few minutes. The breakfast potatoes tasted like Old Bay Seasoning. A lot of Old Bay Seasoning !!! The eggs were drowned in salt. The steak was subpar at best ! I couldn’t finish my meal ! I paid the bill and proceeded to leave and was stopped by the couple outside. He asked me how was it and I told him it was by far the worst breakfast I’ve ever had ! The waitress we had only came to get our order and then deliver our food. We never saw her again. The couple said that they were not going in and decided to go to the Sandy Bottom Bagels place. That place I do recommend to eat there ! I will not be darkening the doors of Palmer’s Village Cafe ever again !!!

What's all hype about this place. Staff rude. I guess owner told us to turn my grandson's game off. There was so much noise in that joint. You couldn't even here his game. He pushed me out of his way when I was paying. Grandson got wrong pancakes and I had to ask 3 people to get it right. My eggs were ice cold and dry. Don't waste your money. Head to waffle house. Oh they are way over priced.

Our server Blake was super friendly and the food was absolutely amazing! I loved the maple bacon French Toast and seriously recommend it!

Thoroughly enjoyed the “full Monty” which is basically a base layer of French toast with poached egg, cheese, ham, and arugula on top. They serve breakfast all day! If you’re on St Simons and want something more casual, i highly recommend.
