What a lovely place. We were visiting the island and wanted a place for brunch and yelp told us that this was the highest ranked restaurant in town :) so we came and people were right!
The wait of 20 min was easy in the sun and the host was super friendly.
Service was wonderful, friendly, funny and experienced. And the food... Mhhhhhhh....
So so good. Delicious crab cakes and perfectly seared scallops.
So glad we came!

My girlfriend and I came here on our trip to at marry islands and loved the restaurant. The inside wasn’t e and comfortable but the star of the show was their brunch. She got the French toast with bacon and it was nicely proportioned, fluffy, airy and wonderfully made. I got the coastal omelette and it was cooked to perfection. I would definitely recommend trying this place out.

Just visited Palmers for a quick lunch. It was wonderful!! I had the Reuben and tomato soup. My husband had the BLT and chili. All was great!! Very tasty!! Friendly staff and fast service. We will be back to try the breakfast next time. Those dishes looked wonderful too!

Cute staple for the island. Big breakfast menu. Super friendly staff. Super packed...so you know it's good.

Not bad, not great. If you go, stick to comfort basics. The fancier menu items seem a bit beyond their scope. ("Maple Glaze" means drenched in fake maple syrup.) Hollandaise sauce was tasty and they did poach the eggs well. Potatoes were bland though.

Really good breakfast. Best sausage I think I've ever had in my life. And the breakfast potatoes were magical. All the servers worked together so our coffee never went empty or cold. And we had everything we needed before our meals arrived.

Palmer's offers breakfast and lunch options. There is always a wait, but it is well worth the wait. The chefs prepare everything fresh and use local food items. Reservations are needed to dine in the afternoon. The food is upscale.

Stop by for brunch and make sure you try the Chef's Specials. Excellent short stack and I had the Shrimp Gumbo with Eggs.
Good atmosphere, good service, excellent food. One of my favorite places on the island.

On St Simon's Island. When you walk in the door, if you inhale, you automatically ingest 497 yummy calories! Don't stop at the door. Get a table and order something....yes keep breathing, it's okay. I had shrimp and grits and a side order of cheesey grits too. (What? I'm a Northener and I eat all the grits I can when down in Dixie.) Here's a picture. Loved Palmer's. Gotta go having withdrawal symptoms just thinking about it.

The food is amazing. The staff is awful — efficient but soooo rude. I've been a half a dozen times but just can't go back because of the wait staff. Bummer.
