Palmer's Village Cafe

Went there today on a whim and it was just awesome! The restaurant is small and quaint but the operation is top notch! Very well organized and excellent attention to detail. The food is very well prepared and presented but the taste of something as simple as a burger is amazing! Very good service, they know their stuff when it comes to taking care of their customers!

The breakfast food is delicious. We had Eggs Benedict. Two poached eggs,crab cake on a grit cake, hollandaise sauce, Arugula. It was so good every time that we're at Jekyll Island we will hop over to St Solomons Island to have this meal again. The other foods looked great too. Yummy

Palmers Cafe is always on our list of "must" stops. Menu is excellent. Service is always the best.

However, this last breakfast didn't meet our expectations. Biscuits were hard. Potatoes were very mushy.

We'll go back again but will try something else from their menu

Palmer's always has the best food! Great options that are different than other places or some mainstays if that is what you want! I would definitely recommend going there! It is worth the wait!

Went on a Tuesday morning. It was the best breakfast I've had in a long time. The staff was quick and polite. The owner really cares that his customers have a great experience. We will definitely be back.

Love this place, the Southern is my favorite item on the menu, also the coffee is really good as well. It's a busy place but they cycle through pretty quickly and with very fair price for the amazing food, totally worth any wait you may have, I will return

My boyfriend and I got the steak & eggs and it was amazing. I also got a mimosa which was also great. We had amazing service and did not have a long wait. I definitely recommend and will be back!

Amazingly Yummmmy!! We wanted a hearty late breakfast and they did not disappoint!! It looks like a little hole in the wall but as soon as u open the door it's super cozy!!

A trip to St. Simon's Island is not complete without visiting Palmer's Café. The food is delicious and tasty, the portion sizes are generous and the staff are super friendly. Palmers has a special and inviting ambience that makes you want to go back every time. It is one of the reason I go to St. Simon's at least once a year.
The wait time can be up to 1h sometimes, a testament to the quality of service and the reputation of the place. I was there with my family this past week and special shout to our server, Chris, who despite the frenzy of attending to multiple patrons kept a great attitude and went over and above to give us the signature Palmer's experience.
I am looking forward my next visit! A visit will get you hooked like me :)
