Always have a good experience here. Coffee and food are great and friendly staff. Coffe price is average for specialty coffee but food price is a little high.

just started going here, and the prices better than regular coffee chains but it also tastes better! The employees are so nice too, definitely are very patient when trying to help you order!!

I haven't had a single thing I didn't like. The staff is warm and friendly. It's exactly what you want for a sweet southern coffee shop! Beats any chain every day of the week!

Love this store. Coffee and service and atmosphere! My turkey with brie sandwich was top-notch.

In all honestly, this cafe is amazing, amazing atmosphere,our barista was able to answer all my alergy quests with no issue and she was super sweet when we got a bit confused with the menu. Another customer had a small issue and the tall barista with dark hair and glasses fixed him right up and it was just amazing to see a group of people genuinely wanting to help him, and keep the cafe a wonderful place to both work place to both work and just enjoy the ambiance. I wish i lived closer so i could come all the time!

Parking in the front was the only thing that was a little nerve-wracking because the spaces are small for a larger SUV. 💯

I go to Rooted a lot. The environment is excellent. Very pretty with wonderful music. I didn’t give a 5 star because it is very over priced and service is hit or miss. I will pay it because I enjoy the atmosphere but they need to charge less especially for coffee. I shouldn’t have to spend what I would spend for a nice dinner on coffee and a pastry. Also their drive through can sometimes take forever! It depends on the person in front of you. I feel like a better system should be in place for the drive through. I won’t stop through otw to work because I’ve been late several times. However the drive through service during Covid shutdown has been excellent! This is how it should be all the time. Overall the coffee is pretty good. Their food is excellent!! The bowls and sandwiches are above par!

Discovered this oasis on a recent visit. Aside from closing early (6pm) This place is perfect. Small outdoor seating, comfortable indoor seating, super friendly staff, and most importantly, really good coffee, not over roasted over priced commercial coffee shop.

Nice shop. I come here often. The food is typically good, the drinks are good...when they are made correctly. I have had a total of 5 mishaps with my order here. Only once did someone offer to fix it without me having to pay them all over again. I've never heard of such a thing. I even had one lady add regular coffee to my white mocha to "unsweeten" my drink as it was far too sweet. I like the place, but
It would probably be wise for them to shut down for a day or two and have an intense customer service training for the entire team. There seems to be a lack of leadership and understanding a good customer experience. Experiences are what bring people back...you can get coffee from anywhere.
