The Pitaya Bowl is heaping with magenta dragon fruit goodness + dense granola + sliced banana + coconut flakes, a sprinkling of chia + a drizzle of golden honey.

Avo-Tom toast is creamy avocado + tomatoes + Himalayan sea salt + freshly cracked pepper + hemp seeds, drizzled with an unctuous balsamic glaze.

This is the place to be! Good drinks, healthy food options, and perfect atmosphere to meet up, work, study, or run into friends in the area. They do have a drive-thru.

First time visiting this coffee shop and it definitely won’t be our last! It was a little busy for a Wednesday afternoon but still a few places to sit inside and the out, the staff was super nice and the coffee was amazing. Highly recommend!

The service here is hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is helpful and kind, other times it is downright rude and make you feel like your a burden even though your paying them. We live a walk away and have been here numerous times. The overall idea of the shop is there but they lack leadership from what I notice. The only thing that I have ordered and didn't like is the chai tea which comes from a powder chai and never seems to mix all the way. Food is good overall and coffee is good too.

Great food. Love the atmosphere. Only thing is when it's busy it can be slow, but just because it's busy and everything is made to order. And it's a coffee shop so waiting isn't a problem. Drive thru is always fast. Owners engage w customers.

Everything about Rooted Coffee House hits the mark. Friendly staff, excellent food, and hands-down the best coffee in the CSRA to include seasonal drinks made using their own house made syrups. The ambiance of Rooted invites you to sit and casually sip your drink of choice while chatting with friends or family. If you're visiting the Augusta metropolitan area, Rooted is a must visit!

Pros: very community oriented shop, nice and cozy, solid espresso drinks.
Cons: slower than I would've guessed based on how many folks were working, drip coffee was kind of flat.
But this is just based on one visit as I passed through the area, so take anything I say about it with a grain of salt!

EDIT: Thanks for the response, Rooted! I have visited multiple coffee shops where they make each drink to order. But I should clarify that at Rooted it took just under 20 mins for them to get to my order of ONE espresso. With nobody in line in front of me, and at least 3 employees behind the counter, chatting. While I do appreciate an order "made with love," I think in this case it was loved too long.

I frequent Rooted about 3/4 mornings a week. Banana Bread Oats and a hot latte. Their seasonal hot beverages are typically pretty good. The oats are great! The customer service is always great and pretty quick for how busy they always seem to be when I go. They do not disappoint!

Great coffee and prices. Regular coffee is on par with other shops, but their specialty drinks are phenomenal. Their hours were hard to work with when they first opened but since then they've expanded their hours. The atmosphere is good until it gets too crowded. The lack of fabric makes sounds echo, so chatter or screaming children are a pain to deal with. If you're coming to get work done, bring earplugs or sound cancelling headphonea/earbuds.
