Because Coffee

I left a review 2 years ago but I wanted to update it. This is my favorite coffee shop ever, and one of my favorite places ever to go. I've been coming here since they opened and it's incredible to see the progress they've made by adding espresso drinks and inviting in community artists. It's the most welcoming environment and the most relaxing place. I really miss Ty who was super friendly when I would always come in the past, but everyone who works there now is also just as incredible. They also do so much for the community. Doug has always been awesome to me. I used to come in on this weekly to do school work and now whenever I'm home I make sure to stop by and get some work done here. I even wrote part of my research paper here. I asked for oat milk a long time ago and now it's a regular part of their menu. I cannot speak more highly of the quality and everything. I love my oat milk lattes. The best place ever.

Skip Starbucks and Come Here!! This is such a chill little coffee shop! If I were local I'd be trying every hot drink on the menu! The staff was very friendly and the small space was done in a minimalist style that felt very cozy.
I knocked off a star because the hot chocolate tasted kinda burnt. Next time I come through I'll give the coffee a try. LOL

My coworker and I decided to check out Because Coffee this morning and zero regrets! All staff were super friendly and Doug was a great sport about walking me through their menu. I got a pumpkin cream cheese muffin along with a cheddar and ham scone. Both were amazing 10/10 will be getting again! Doug even hooked me up with some coffee with vanilla syrup. If you're looking for a solid cup of coffee look no further.

Checked out this local business for the first time today due to many positive online reviews...and of course, the need for coffee! Located on the far left corner of the shopping center just behind O'Reilly's, you could drive right by it for years without knowing it was there, like I did.

They pretty much just sell coffee (along with some muffins) BUT they specialize in it. There's a unique and wide variety of types, styles, flavors, and milk additions/alternatives to choose from. I chose a 12oz coldbrew with blackberry syrup and a lemon blueberry muffin for a snack. Enjoyed both very much, thanks to the patient guy behind the counter helping me make these selection. Very reasonable prices too!

Seating consists of different types of tables and comfortable couches to choose from, including outdoor seating. Most spots were occupied when I was there so I recommend getting there early especially if you plan to meet more than one person. The clientele seemed to be a mix of business executives and laptop nerds, typical of most coffee joints. But if you love coffee, want a space for computer work, and support local business, give this place a shot!

What a great local spot! I was pleasantly surprised to find this coffee shop during my brief stay in Dawsonville. The baristas are always kind and make great recommendations. There's a variety of indoor and outdoor seating, and several tables with access to outlets. There's even a drive-through too! I was able to get some good work done in such a positive environment. You may not see it from the road, but it's a great hidden gem.

My wife and I came here for the first time to enjoy some coffee and catch up with some friends. This place is really cool and the employees are super nice! We really enjoyed our lattes and our visit here and will definitely be back!

This place is really what you want in a coffee shop, great coffee, friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy your coffee and amazing warm Cinnamon Roll with icing! If you're in a hurry, they also have a drive thru window.

Better than any chain coffee place in the area. House roasted coffee beans too! Great coffee, and great baristas. Always feel very welcome. They also gave my husband (a sheriff’s deputy) free coffee, and then the man behind us paid for mine. What lovely people, thank you.

Best coffee in town. It has a great atmosphere to relax in or chat it up. I especially love the fun little "this or that jars" and the home made seasonal syrups. Everyone knows my name and just makes me feel really special every visit. The drive through is fast and the app makes it even easier to grab on the go. Top notch place, you definitely should try it out.

Such a great local coffee shop. Great selection of flavors/ drinks. Love that they have homemade syrups. The employees are always nice. I wish they had larger sized cups. Cause I drink them waaay too fast.
