Visiting from out of town, but I came in twice today because the coffee and lattes are great, the prices are very reasonable, and the employees (both morning and afternoon shift) are so friendly. Definitely recommend.

Pleasantly surprised. The cafe was bright, cheery, and open. We sat outside on the patio. My sister got the hot chocolate and said it was super creamy and one of the best she's had. The drink I ordered was a seasonal pumpkin drink and it was good!

This place is my new jam! Iâm a self proclaimed coffee geek and enjoy drinking the locally roasted coffee from Because Coffeeâs. I spend a good amount of time traveling for work and I always look for a local coffee joint. I love that thereâs FINALLY a local coffee shop in my hometown. My favorite coffee is their Ethiopia Hambela. The serve both French press and cold brew (no fancy espresso drinks here)! All coffee is roasted in house too. Awesome new coffee shop in Dawsonville. They roast fresh beans there every day! You can get fresh hot coffee and cold brew there right now along with bags of fresh coffee. There is also awesome gear like hats, shirts, air tight storage containers, and French Press carafes. Doug is really knowledgeable about coffee and itâs a friendly atmosphere.

We moved back to the area recently, this coffee shop is a great reminder of how awesome our community is. Doug and his staff are so friendly and welcoming. I donât know how Doug remembers so many names. I come here to work, socialize, and I always leave just feeling better, honestly the good vibes are contagious. And the coffee is delish! Happy to support a local roaster. We actually do the canister refill for our grinder at home as well. We drink a lot of coffee.
