Doug and his baristas know what they're doing! They can explain anything you want to know about coffee! Besides the fact that they know what they're doing, they make incredible coffee! Love the casual atmosphere! I highly recommend going the extra mile (literally) and visiting this place to anyone who wants a good cup of coffee. Not enough tables inside on a late Thursday morning, iced coffee was okay. Little pricey at over $5 for a medium drip.

I did love the place! Got my daughter a bunch of gifts there for her birthday and enjoyed talking to Doug. He recommended some coffee for my daughter since she was there many times during summer, taking classes she needed for GaTech credit, and doing her homework there. And she felt in love with that place! Just Because....

Because Coffee is such an amazing place because... the atmosphere is always welcoming, the staff are always kind and willing to help you even if its questions outside of coffee, Doug is the best dude ever. And Tyler is pretty rad too! This is a place y ok u can come to and relax, have great conversation, and feel at home. I go there to get away from the drama and meet with amazing people.

I love Because Coffee. Doug is so excited to see each and every one of he's customers. Like each person is family not met yet. So appt. to getting know everyone's names and the family as well. It's a great and comfortable atmosphere. Also love the fact that I can have my Because Coffee at home fresh from the grinder. Love it!

If you are in the Dawsonville area, skip the Starbucks and come enjoy an incredible cup of coffee, they make a delightfully tasteful pour over! When you walk in the doors you will experience a breath of fresh air with the sweetest and most intentional service and conversation, amazing coffee, delightful treats, and a relaxing and quiet spot! This is purely a place to pursue hygge. We love this place, which is why I want to brag on them..
Doug, the owner, is AWESOME! I want to brag on him for a second.. My husband LOVES their pour over coffee, and I called Doug with a crazy idea to surprise my husband for an early Valentine's Day gift. He was all for it, without question. He made it happen, with a pour over coffee and sweet treat, and even a sweet card! I am blown away. I think this speaks very highly of Doug, his intentionality with every customer, the business and its support of their community and making an impact on the people! This is why you support local. This is why you should take a moment of your day to stop in and see Doug and his team, enjoy some coffee, I promise you won't regret it.

Coffee is Gr8! We tried a hot and cold coffee and really enjoyed them both. The atmosphere is easy going and friendly. Timmy and Doug were super friendly - we will certainly be back.
