A really chill place! They have board games, and play that good 'ol city pop. Many choices of bubble teas and other sweet treats.

First visit today and I'm just going say the drinks are AMAZING!!!! The atmosphere is AMAZING its a whole vibe within itself! The prices are perfect. My son's and I played uno while we waited for our drinks :).
Unfortunately I must mention as far as the service wasn't happy. We placed our order at 219 on the kiosk. Recieved the txt. After about 25min we noticed customer's who arrived after us getting they're drinks. So I checked with the young man at the counter. They never accepted our order untill 2:40 and he simply said "oh" we will get that out for you. There was no sorry for wait sorry we didn't accept nothing just "oh". We didn't walk out with our drinks untill 250p. Kind of killed all the excitement we had. When you pay ahead and tip you would think there would be some kind of considerate gesture. If you have a ordering kiosk those orders should be handled in a orderly fashion. We will return and support this business but staff please keep in mind you are also the representation of the business. Keep a eye on your guests also we were seated right in eye sight and yet wasn't noticed we had been sitting there for a great deal of time.

SIP AND HUM, sip and hummm!!! I am so excited to find this drink shop here in our Porterdale/Covington area. I ordered the coconut caramel frap. It was as delicious as it sounds. They serve a wide variety of heavenly drinks, smoothies, frappes, lattes, bubble teas and desserts. Sip and hum. That's what I was doing the entire time enjoying my coconut caramel frap with a shot of espresso. Next time, I can't wait to try their Maddlulu Bubble Waffle ICE CREAM CONE. It looks so delicious on the website.Oh yeah!! they have an app on the Play store. I ordered on the app and picked up my drinks, easy peasy.

I have heard of this place before and discovered its new location. Super awesome vibe here, and the drinks are delicious! I had a toasted coconut frappe- loved it! Expect a Starbucks price tho....

Just visited new location. Nice layout. But I was the only one drink order. Waited 30 minutes!! For a basic pina colada … which is just a smoothie .. suppose to have tropical fruit bubbles but they were out. Took them 20 min to tell me this.
I can’t be wasting 30 min on a drink so won’t be back. I can’t imagine the wait if it’s a busy day.

I highly recomend comming to this place. I had the Mint fruit tea with fresh fruit and strawberry boba, delicious. The owner is very helpful cosidering it was my first time going there. The owner and staff are very friendly.

We went to MadLulu’s not knowing much about Boba Tea and left there knowing about all the products that they had to offer, because everyone was so helpful. The owner, Wendy was especially warm and inviting. She helped us place our order and seated us outside as all the seats were taken inside (that’s how busy they were). Our drinks were brought to us on the patio in a timely fashion and we went home quite satisfied. Thank you Wendy and staff for such a warm welcome!

This place is great for a tasty drink/treat. The drink menu is extensive and we had a hard time deciding what to order. The workers there (possibly owner) helped us decide what to get. The menu is full of coffee and tea and I don't drink caffeine hardly ever, so they were kind in helping me find something that was non-caffeinated. I ended up getting the King Scar milk tea and it was sooooo declicious.
