Today I just visited the new location located on 9142 US-278, Covington, GA 30014 for the first time. It was a great experience. I tried the cookies and cream waffle and a mango fruit tea. The drink and waffle was great and came out in a timely manner. The new location is definitely more aesthetically pleasing than the previous Porterdale Location. The staff (Bria, Kam, Wendy, and Wendy’s mother) are friendly and attentive.

Totally in love with their boba tea! Highly recommend trying King Scar. The place is Cozy, the tea is delicious and the owner is very sweet. I wish I could pop in everyday, tea is addicting! Definitely recommend!

1 drink order took 25 mins, cost almost $8, half empty cup, no lid offered and tasted disgusting. Sorry, can't wait that long, spend that much and not expect an incredible drink. This was my 1st & last! ✌️
Reply: This was a coffee drink not a Boba Tea and yes it was half full, maybe 65% when the owner handed it to me. I'm not one to review often, but this needed to said. Hiring a Barista would be helpful.

I've been a fan since the porterdale location. I'm even happier their in my hometown now. I visit them almost every week. Just them out after 6pm, I love the evening lights. Makes for an relaxing atmosphere.

This is a great spot to relax and have a GREAT boba tea or choose from many other selections they have. From teas to frappes and desserts, they also have gifts that you can buy, incense, loose tea to steep in your tee ball at home. Soothing atmosphere, wonderful people owns and works here. Maddlulu is just a very nice place to hang out and get immaculate boba tea.

Owner is super cool and made a rose milk tea for my mom PAST CLOSE, amazing customer service and the drink tasted like a flower in the best way possible. easily the best boba place in the area by a long shot

I really hate going out of my way to get something I'm really craving so it was nice to be able to find a milk tea place in Porterdale. I've gone past this place so many times without ever knowing it was there. While here I was SO excited to get a 2in1 cup of Taro and green matcha tea. My two favorites. My daughter LOVES Taro so she got the same but Thai tea for the other flavor. Then we split a King Tiger drink which was pretty interesting. They have boba for the teas but I completely recommend it without. I will definitely be back for more and will try some of the other flavors.
So I learned it's black owned, they play interesting music, have a great selection of milk teas and ice cream, and there's art. It's a very colorful place. After speaking to the owner I found out the shop was in the back and the clothing fashion trends were up front but she recently changed it around. There's an app if you'd like to order ahead and that also gives you points for gifts or rewards. The staff is friendly and very welcoming.
The beige cup is the king tiger, the green is obvi matcha, the purple is taro while the orange is Thai tea.

I accidentally came across Maddlulu one day, and I haven’t regretted it. I go at least once a week, and every time it’s a great experience! The boba tea is always amazing, and the staff is friendly as ever! Really happy I found Maddlulu!!! Gives me something to look forward to every week!
