Normally I love Krispy Kreme but last week I pulled in the drive thru and the woman on the speaker was very rude. They were also out of everything I wanted. Their sign also says that they sell fountain drinks but when I asked about it, she bit my head off. I just drove off and went elsewhere.

They are okay! Not the greatest and every time they come out with a new donut they are always sold out every time. Seeing as how this is our only Krispy Kreme other than the one that is on Washington Road, they should always know that this happens but it never fails and they are always sold out

When you see that “hot fresh now” light, Krispy Kreme will make you kill yourself crossing lanes to get to the goods. I usually stick with glaze, but the kids like to experiment. I discovered recently that different locations carry different donuts. Also, Google makes it seem as though they all close at 10 or 11pm. Not true! The inside closes, but the drive through at the Peach Orchard location is open 24/7.

On 9/8/15 my wife and I decided to go for a "sweet run" . We arrived at this new location expecting awesome service and it was everything except that. We were the ONLY car at drive thru and no one was in the lobby. We sat for about 5 minutes at the drivethru waiting to place our order. After no one answered we drove around to go inside and the young lady was just standing and looking out the window. Once we pulled around to the front of the building about three more employees came out of the back. Long story short, we got our donuts and left only to realize they were ICE cold. This has to be the worst Krispy Kreme experience ever .

I understand it's a donut shop and it has fryers but they need to invest in a better ventilation system. I stopped in and was probably only in the building less than 3 minutes and my clothes smelled "greasy" Scent still lingered the next morning.

Never count on this location to actually have doughnuts available. Also never under any circumstances trust online ordering here. This location is a constant disappointment.

Visited there on Memorial Day at 8:30 pm in the drive thru, thirty minutes later I finally got my dozen glazed donuts. Seriously, why does it take so long?? Counted five employees on hand.

I love Krispy Kreme donuts. No other donuts can touch this! The owner does his best to give us customer service. I am so grateful they are on the south side of Augusta. The eye opener to me is cleanliness. I been to a serve safe class and I get it. And so far Krispy Kreme's has done a great job on being clean. Some times I have been served by a lady manager at Krispy Kreme's Whom does not smiled or been happy to see you. She also spends time on her cell phone. I was taught the customer comes first always. Please your customer and you have more customers. I wrote this in because not all owners see every thing the customer does. All in all I love Krispy Kreme's and keep supporting them. 3rd time in a row I've went here and my order is wrong every time. It's not that hard to put donuts in a box. Spent $15 because I even donated to the charity like they asked yet my order was still wrong. I told them it was rung up wrong when I looked at the receipt. And she said it's right in the box I just rung it up wrong. When I got home and checked needless to say WRONG ! it's really NOT THAT HARD OF A JOB.

The service was smooth fast and friendly, the donuts where delicious and sweet as usual. The only dings would be the green paint on the building needs to be touched up a bit. Will be back again however.
