So Today I Went To Krispy Kreme To Get My Son Basketball Team A Dozen Of Doughnut & I Asked For 1 Extra Doughnut . I Get To The Window & They Didn’t Give Me What I Asked For . So YOLANDA Who swipe my card once said that she would have to swipe my card again & I Told Her No Because They Are Who Made A Mistake. Instead Of Her Saying Ok and gave me what I asked for she argued with me . The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AT THE PEACH ORCHARD RD LOCATION. Both Manager and Supervisor Was Rude . Never Again Will I Visit Krispy Kreme on Peach Orchard Rd In Augusta Ga. Even When I Called To Get Corporate number they hung up in my face. They DO NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR !

I just spent the last 15 minutes at this location, and the only question asked of us, do.you want glazed, which I replied no because they were having technical difficulties with their conveyor belt. She then went back to trying to get some glazed they didn't have yet for the gentleman ahead of us. I walked over and picked up 2 chocolate milks and was told by another. You can not have those, they are sold and took them out of my hands. Do they even know what customer service is anymore??? The ONLY reason they got a 2 star is because of the wonderful service we used to get at this establishment in the no so distant past.

Asked for a dozen donuts with white Icing only, was told In a rude voice No,. Why not when you're advertising graduation donuts with the same white Icing on It. Krispy Kreme will not be seeing me In there establishment. BIG shout out to PUBLIX, for all my sweet cravings.

This is the worst KK. They never open on time and the employees are rude. This Restaurant could use an upgrade on employees!

Took a while to get greeted and waited on even tho I was only one in store with 4 or 5 workers behind counter. Krispy Kreme used to be so good but now all the different varieties are different /add on pricing. The taste has diminished over the past year and the donuts are getting smaller. I don't like the new KK. It's a shadow of what it once was and just seems to get worse any time I try them. Makes me sad. 😥

It was nice to be able to walk in to make selections. Unfortunately the selections were few, but very fresh and delicious. I'll be back in search of more treats. A half dozen runs over $10.

Sold out of the cinnamon rolls and honey buns

Have been in twice in about a week and a half and no choice of donuts. They are out of everything . Then when making a decision on the donuts we asked what creme was in one and was told wrong . Guess I will have to takebthe time to go to Washington road and hope for better

We asked what hours does this location turn on their "Hot & Ready" sign. The cashier, although pleasant and honest, told us that they don't turn on the sign because it makes customers mad when they can't serve them fresh doughnuts. Then explained that corporate has not updated this store's hour and they are no longer 24 hours they close at 10 pm. Hmmm, shouldn't they at least be lukewarm and fresh even if the sign is not on. Isn't this what we are paying for as customers? Every time we get doughnuts here, it's like they have been sitting on the counter for hours, not remotely fresh or warm. I'm so tired of multi-million dollar companies continuing to charge full price for poor quality food/snacks that most times come with a side of horrible customer service and continue to get a pass by blaming the pandemic.

Jamie was so amazing! She had my back when I couldn’t figure out my coupon! She was patient and even helped me pick out donuts! I promised her I would be going back to bring her a tipb don’t worry girlie I’m coming back!!
