I visited this location on yesterday and what began as a headache ended up winning a lifetime customer. I always let my reward points build up before I redeem them and yesterday I placed an order for 4 free donughts along with the specialty Reese's donught, which was for reward members only. So when I got to the window, the cashier, Lakeisha, sd I had two free donughts but would have to pay for the other free. So immediately, I was like no they should all be free. She offered to get her manager, Craig to come over and handle my request. She was never rude and actually she continued ro apologize and offered to get assistance since my order was not ringing up correctly. Her manager, Craig, came over and apologized as well for the inconvenience and resolved my issue. He was also very professional and took the time to figure out how to get my app to respond to the free donughts, all while having the cutest smile ever. Kudo's to both Craig and LaKeisha because they went over and beyond to help me. I am a satisfied customer and will continue to do business at this location.

I’m convinced the hot sign doesn’t work. I’ve emailed the store manager and a corporate office to inquire. Service is always, ALWAYS the absolute worst. Wait times are ridiculously long for no good reason other than the people there can’t seem to get themselves together and do their job. This store desperately needs new management and new staff.

The manager is a B. On pirate day my sister wore her HAND MADE pirate jacket and boots, and A loose fitting shirt and the lady there tried to turn her down ON GETTING HER DONUTS because she didn't have 3 things on "piratey". She looked like the most dressed up one there. The lady said you have to have on an "actual" patch i could have understand if she didn't have the jacket, but it was just rude and poor costumer service. She gave us a horrible look to as soon as we came in and just had a bad attitude.

Krispy kreme (24 hours) is a joke. Good luck getting doughnuts between 12am-6am. Between the lights being off or the system is down there is always an excuse. In reality it all boils down to a lazy night shift wanting a free paycheck. How this location is still making money is beyond me when they're only open a few hours a day . I will be contacting corporate and try to get a resolution to this matter , whether it be written reprimand or replacing the whole night shift crew something needs to be done .

The day that I went the line was super long no one answered the drive-thru for 20 or 30 minutes and then when they did answer it took 20 or 30 more minutes for me to even place my order because it kept have telling me to hold on very poor customer service I'm not sure if it was the time that I went or if it's always this way the donuts were of course delicious but it's donut so yeah

Doughnuts!!!!! How could you go wrong. Their doughnuts are always great. Nice varied selection. They have different doughnuts for holidays and events. Snowmen,Santa for Christmas... Hearts for valentines day..football for super bowl..you get it.
Only complaint is staff could be a little more friendly. I know working sucks but I dont want to see it on your face everytime I come.

Sadly disappointed when my donuts were cold and there was more than 30 minutes to home. The hot light wasn't on, no problem; they weren't even room temp, they were cold.

What can I say? I LOVE KRISPY KREME! And the HOT sign was on! Can you say excited? My doughnuts were hot, fresh, and DE-LI-CIOUS. I ordered 6 and 3 were gone before I even got halfway to work.

I ordered a coffee in the drive thru. When I got to the window, a lady stopped and looked at me and then walked away without saying anything. Then after about 4 minutes of no service at the window, a man stopped and looked at me, then walked away. Another woman was across the store boxing donuts and saw me. So 3 employees saw me at the window waiting for my coffee and ready to pay but not one of them opened the window to speak to me. There was also only ONE CUSTOMER inside and no one else in drive thru. What horrible service. Shame on the morning crew.
