Krispy Kreme

No stars is what I wish I could give. Ms. Nyhre was very nasty and rude at the drive thru window tonight. It was almost as if she was looking to argue with someone. Bad day or long night, working with the public means you deliver a certain standard of customer service. Very disappointed to be treated in such a way. Will never come back to this location again and I hope Krispy Kreme considers a new night shift employee.

I absolutely love the taste of a Krispy Kreme donut.

Unfortunately I find the staff working in their stores to be most undesirable, unfriendly, and seem to could care less if you purchase anything or not.

Their donuts selection on one day is outstanding, and the very next day is deplorable.

I made an enquiry about a particular donut that they normally have on every single visit, and the staff member told me - "we ain't got none right now check back next week." No smile, no friendliness, no compassion, with a tone as if I was causing some type of disturbance in the store.

I am on the search for a donut that taste equally as good if not better than Krispy Kreme, only because my sister insisted I go there to make the purchases for her. When I find a shop if it hits the bar we will be making a change.

I've loved Krispy Kreme since those good ol fund raising school days 🙃 I just hate that they're always out of the special 🍩🍩🍩

Why does the web site say closes at 11:00, just went thru at 9:30 they said they were closed!

I travel for a living and eat at many different places. But today this krispy kreme went out of their way to make me an amazing drink that's not even on the menu (yet). But everyone was friendly and very sweet in so glad I decided to stop in today. A huge thank you to all the staff especially the assistant manager she was amazing. I hope I get the chance to stop in again on my travels.

Fast service at drive thru at 7am. Donuts were hot and fresh and delicious! Perfect!

Remember when a dozen cost $1.00 but, boy oh boy do they still taste soooo 👍

Place says it's open 24 hours, but we went and got no service. Employees inside acknowledged we were there, told us they were not a 24 hour location. When I told them the internet said otherwise, they said "oh yeah come to the drive thru".

Went to the drive thru and got no response. Called the store and got hung up on. As we pulled out the parking lot, the two people inside walked out the store, locked it behind them.

I just wanted some doughnuts after work.

Halle has outstanding customer service. She was very pleasant! During these uncertain times we need more people like her. We greatly appreciate her awesome customer service😁.She deserves a raise and keep up the excellent work Halle😁😁

I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to these wonderful ladies at this Krispy Kreme Alexandria and Urisah. The service was fantastic and everyone is so kind. When I ordered from here I unfortunately turned too sharp and tipped over all my lattes, I called and asked if they would make them again for me and they didn't have a problem fixing my drinks again free of charge. You can't get that kind of service nowadays! Thanks again. Highly recommend.
