Incompetent management. Incompetent workers. (Most employees are high on the clock). I know someone who works here and I will be contacting the BBB. Avoid this place and support an actual business who cares about their workers and customers in Vero Beach.

Went in for ice cream with the family and since we walked in the owner, gave us dirty looks. We were looking for what ice cream to order and it was not busy at all, was only us inside. She rudely continued to say “do any of you guys even know what you want” and i said no we’re looking others walked in. I said you could attend them as were not ready and she rudely rolled her eyes. To them she was very sweet. I felt maybe because we weren’t white she treated us differently.

We recently visited here twice (5/29 and 6/1) and I have concerns about the young staff.
First, on 5/29 two white young females were helping us and one said to us "we should be closed now so I need your order so I can leave here". The other young white female said she "didn't know why she came back here after 6 months to work in a place like this".
Then on 6/1, a tall tan skinned male was very rude about the line that formed and the door was opened because of it. He told the patrons "that door needs to be closed now and a line needs to be formed inside, so close the door now!".

I went in today with two of my friends and Micheal was the one who was taking care of us. He was very rude and disrespectful, we asked to try many flavors of ice cream and he rolled his eyes every time he had to get it. I will not be returning to this establishment ever again, the service was terrible.

Cute place, ridiculous prices!
Cravings has always been a cute place to get a sandwich or ice cream cone on the beach, but on a recent trip I noticed that prices have trumped what inflation is everywhere else. I got a waffle cone with 2 scoops of ice cream. $15!! My friends agreed that it was a $9 cone, tops! Had to tip as well, considering not enough of their profit will cover what is fair for the scoopers to make. The ice cream is just okay. They serve the same brand/flavors at Pops in sebastian for half the price. Kilwins, down the street has a higher quality product but the store isn't as cute as cravings. I will still go to Kilwins from now on.

Terrible latte and iced coffee. Had no idea how to make them and had to be coached. Slow service and overpriced. Will not return.

Very IMPRESSED
Was here for the first time a few days ago as it was recommended by a close friend who raves about the bakery selections and lunch! My husband and I walked in and were greeted by a young girl in pig tail braids and covered in tattoos wearing the biggest smile I have ever seen. She offered us menus along with some ideas on how we could share a lunch, as we wanted to save room for dessert. We decided on the 1/2 soup 1/2 sandwich adding an extra soup. She was so tentative making eye contact the whole time. She went over the options of things to add to our tuna fish sandwiches and read the order back to us. They have such a nice selection of coffee as she allowed my husband to sample a few before he decided on which brew he wanted. They also thought of every cream product you can think off to add to it. She informed us of a free refill too. I was impressed on her customer service from greeting us to even counting back our change! We also, got a lunch and coffee card to earn free ones as we continue to come back! Our lunch was brought to us about 10 mins after we order to which the same young girl was out cleaning up the patio and cleaned our table of all our trash and asked how everything was. She was so kind in taking our cups and filling them again with coffee to where we didn’t have to get up (as we were so full and letting our food settle) my husband was smitten all day when she referred to him as a “young man”. We sat about another 15 mins or so before going in for dessert to find ourselves lucky to be waited on again by the same girl wearing that huge smile. She gave us samples of ice cream so we could decide on what we wanted (even gave us an ice cream card) By the time we were done we were full but mostly impressed with the customer service we got that we will definitely be coming back in hopes of being lucky enough to get the same young lady. She did tell me her name, but I sadly forgot. I really hope she is appreciated at work as we appreciated receiving the best customer service we ever had the pleasure of experiencing after 35 years of dining out!

Really quality bread and ingredients! Keep up the good food!

Unsanitary small store. The two deserts that were ordered seemed to be stale, doughy and had very little flavor.
During our visit two of the servers seem to be having a very negative interaction. One was openly berating the other making her visibly nervous. The one being trained was at the point of tears. The trainer was verbally abusive. Witnessing these two, left my husband and I disturbed the remainder of the day. We came to enjoy pastry...to got to see a Bully in action. This place deserves no stars.

My wife and I split the Cookie Monster ice cream sandwich. It had an m&m cookie on one side and a chocolate chip cookie on the other side with vanilla ice cream in the middle. It was the best ice cream sandwich we have ever had! Definitely recommend this place! We will be back again for more!
