Went in to grab some food about 6pm. I ordered a bowl of chicken, kale and sweet potato soup along with a house salad. Apparently the soups listed for the day were wrong and all they had was chicken noodle soup. I didn't particularly want that soup but since I had already paid I went ahead and agreed to that. The soup was served cold so I asked for it to heated up, and she said it came from the freezer so she didn't know how long to heat it. I was disappointed that the soup of the day was coming from the freezer and not a fresh soup. It lacked flavor and I'd say the same thing about the salad. My guy liked his chili and we like the sugar free, no flour raspberry muffin.
With so many food options near our hotel I felt this meal was just okay.

Not only does Cravings provide a beach-side place to enjoy with the family with its indoor and outdoor seating, but it offers sandwiches, coffee, smoothies, ice cream, milkshakes, cookies, pastries, and even gluten-free items. Personally, I go there for the gluten-free red velvet cake, which is hand-made, that is a decently portions single serving of moist cake with smooth cream cheese icing. They properly list their ingredients on these allergy-friendly items, and they place them to the right of the ice cream stand and pastries, in a separate section, as to not get confused with their grand assortment of freshly baked goods. Cravings staff are incredibly kind, willing to answer any and all questions, and have given me a consistent place to get one of my favourite desserts, safely, at a reasonable price ($5). Most of their goods are extremely affordable, with the allergy-friendly items being the most expensive, along with certain smoothies or blended drinks. All-in-all, this is a place that is super casual, but has the class and quality that makes it a worthwhile destination while in Vero Beach, Florida.

We were looking for a really great dessert. My sundae was fine and my sister's I've cream cone was good as well. Too bad your employees don't enjoy their jobs. Felt like the Joy from our day was leaking out so we ate outside. Too hot for that though. A smile would have been nice, a greeting would have been better.

Great place not much to look at but the coffee is good and the morning pastries are fantastic great muffins croissants with fruit pecan roll all great. You can sit outside and have an ice cream in the evening. The locals are always there.

NO MASKS. Just went into Cravings, enjoyed the coffee frappe and the reason I'm giving this place four stars is they have a washing station which is awesome and only allow 3 in the shop. All great, but Employees were walking around with NO MASKS. (Except one). After watching one of the employees not only standing right next to some of their regular customers, and touching them, then that person walked within one foot of me twice, while cleaning tables. I would think they would be much more careful than this and I will not return until they are. Sadly because I do love the gluten-free foods and meals and ice cream.

Cravings has been around forever and I've never been disappointed by anything I've ordered- ice cream, banana bread, sandwiches, smoothies- it was always good. I recommend the mint chip shake or ice cream and their mocha bread. 10/10

If you’re the type of person who thrives amongst chaos and enjoys paying to be corrected and belittled then this is the place for you! Do you have large amounts of disposable income? Then step right up to the worlds smallest order counter and order from the ironically large menu Craving’s provides. Be sure to have the menu memorized and know EXaCtLy what you would like, including condiments etc… Look, these people don’t have time to ask you what you want. What they do have time for is reprimanding you for failing to mention these types of things at the time of your order. Unfortunately my traumatic childhood has ill equipped me for the full ‘Cravings’ experience. Perhaps a few more years of therapy and I’ll be ready. Until then, good luck and Godspeed to all future patrons.
