Cravings

So my husband and I have been coming to Cravings every sunday night for the last year. Things started our great, because there were a few sweet girls that worked there that would always help us with a great attitude. They even remembered us after a few weeks. But they lost some staff in the spring of 2022, and after that, things have really gone down hill. We have continued to go, but we have waited longer and longer for service, almost every time, at times up to 10 minutes before we get served, (and this is with no line). The manager, Linda, is also very curt and rude to the rest of the staff and all the customers. I think that's why they can't keep their staff.
The ice cream is good, but it's also gone up in price, with a single cone costing about $8 - $9, Which feels like a lot for ice cream.
We found a new place in Ft. Pierce called We Be Poppin a few weeks ago and it was already 1000 times better. The staff was SUPER Sweet and engaged and the ice cream portions were QUADRUPLE the size of cravings for less money. Honestly it was such a better experience and we will be going back there from now on instead of cravings.

This is a decadent shop and the kids provided great service. Sugar sells in the late afternoon!

Second time we try this place, the worst coffee ever! First time they gave us cold cappuccinos and instead of making new they heated the coffee in the microwave. Since this is one of the few breakfast places in the area we decided to give it another chance today. We asked for a Latte and they gave us American Coffee up to the brim which we had to pour milk ourselves, they need to get a decent barista in there!. Definitely not a coffee place, but if you want a juice then maybe you should go.

It's always nice to see the store so busy that way I know I will always get my granola.

A great locals spot for a quick breakfast, wonderful pastries selections and also great ice cream selections. A go to favorite shouldn't be missed.

Great icecream, great service. A must stop in Vero beach. 2nd time here in 2 days. Kids love it!

Gluten-free goodness!!! So thankful it’s near my work, grateful for delicious gluten-free lunch options! And I love the online ordering system they have, I can place my order before leaving on the google maps app and it’s ready when I arrive. My favorite is the Grilled Roma sandwich. Slowly trying all the gluten-free desserts, love the peanut butter cookies :)

Food was large portion and ok. Service needs to be less confusing. Seemed like it was a bit chaotic...

UPDATE!
Sweet Kiss still carries vegan ice cream! They have new flavors, and it's a sweet place. LOVE Their new flavors mint oreo, just wish they stayed open till 10pm like Kilwins does.

It seems that they must have some evening help that answered the phone and wanted to close early, as they told me they no longer carry vegan flavors ever, and they were also really rude...the whole thing was weird.

I used to LOVE this place..and I am so so sad that they stopped carrying dairy free vegan ice cream. It was the best, and they were always sold out of vegan flavors..so I know it was popular.
Please bring it back! I hope Sweet Kiss kept their vegan options.
