Kahwa Coffee

THE best coffee in Tampa. I will no longer be going anywhere else for my coffee. The lavender vanilla cold brew is to die for as well as any croissant sandwich. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They provide excellent service and exhibit great attitudes. Drive-thru is a huge plus at this location. Head there for the coffee of your dreams!!!!!

Great place for coffee and a quick bite. Outside seating is marvelous. I use the drive thru but when you pay with a card you have to sign the receipt which takes time and it's annoying. They have an app which I recommend to download. I did it and the transaction was much smoother. And unlike other apps you don't have to make a deposit into it. It's a link to your card and you even earn rewards. What's best is when you load the app and add your card there's a reward already given to you which is used on your first purchase. How great is that??!!! The coffee is fantastic and I've tried a couple of sandwiches and have not been disappointed. They have a fresh natural orange juice as well that's fantastic. I will continue to come here everyday.

Look I’m a Starbucks regular but I love Kawha (at least this location). I love the decor, the atmosphere, and the coffee. I also like the fresh food that’s served rather than precooked and packaged food items.

The staff seemed okay also, although my interactions were limited (but staff friendliness pales in comparison to the employees at my regular Starbucks).

Nonetheless, this Kahwa gets five stars from me (if a later interaction with staff is not pleasant, I could downgrade a bit, but at this point I will assume staff interactions will be as positive as the rest of the experience).

I ordered a large box of coffee to go for an event we were hosting early morning. Unfortunately, when I got to my business, I noticed there was no creamer! We had 30 people coming in 30 minutes from that time and I could not leave to pick some up.

I called Kahwa and they made it right immediately! One of the managers drove to my shop and delivered the creamer!

My daughter and I visited this location on Mother's Day. The coffee was good. Service, not so much. As others have stated, staff is unfriendly and low energy. Our coffee and breakfast sandwiches sat on the counter, ready for pickup but no notification was given. Had to inquire if they were ours. They only have cocktail napkins, no regular napkins for eating. Dead silence inside this cafe. Any kind of music, whether instrumental or contemporary, would go along way to creating ambiance.

The staff are super attentive, the products are quality (vegan brownie, blueberry scone) the coffee has a mild flavor, but it was served to me at a warm temperature, and really warm coffee for my taste is unforgivable. I intend to give it a second chance, I hope to have more luck and taste delicious HOT coffee.

Awesome little coffee shop wth inside outside seating and breakfast foods. Scones, muffins, cookies, etc. Service is fast and really friendly.

Let me start off saying I like the place. Plenty of room and not as packed as your avg. Starbucks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We just did not really like our coffee. My mocha was really acidic tasting and not sweet at all. My friend had a latte and was not happy either. Mayb it was just a bad day. We will try again.

I love coming and spending time here > great atmosphere and lots of quietness for studying, doing homework, office-related tasks, etc.

Definitely recommend grabbing a cup of Joe and spending an hour, or two here! 😊
