Upon my visit, I had a brief moment of First World Anger because "how dare they not have enough outlets and sufficiently robust WiFi so its non regular customers can park their butts all day and frustrate the regulars the day after we all just went through a hurricane", but then I remembered I was a rational human and instead sat there, thoroughly enjoying my delicious coffee and perfectly crispy turkey/cheese croissant. Work could wait and so could my boyfriend in the powerless house šŸ˜

Canā€™t say enough good things about Kahwa! Great team and coffee, try it out!

Drinks are delicious, I order for pickup ahead, and the girl at the front says my order is not in although i showed her the number...finally someone else comes with the drinks. The girl in front didnt even bothered to check if my order was maybe in process...if you go to drive-thru the person you order to is asking you for tip...just weird!

Terrible service. 4 people working and still waited 5+ minutes for service. And then took money for something that they didnt have. Snarky attitude from girl behind counter once I requested a full refund. 3 years a customer. NEVER AGAINāœŒšŸ¾

I am sure the manager will respond. Sorry about blah.blah.blah
Save it. Just wont get my money again. Train your people better-

Coffee to definitely rival that of Starbucks. A little disappointed that most coffee places, like Kahwa and Starbucks, still lump a cuban coffee in with an espresso (which it is not) and do not have it as a menu item. The barrista promised that he knew how to make a cuban coffee but served an espresso instead: the lack of espuma gave it away before the first sip, and though it was a good espresso, it was nevertheless not a cafecito cubano.

However, the menu selections that they do offer are good and my wife, who is Jordanian, was delighted by their coffee and ambiance. I mention Jordanian because this place's name, 'Kahwa', means 'brother' in Arabic and is a word that is commonly used. The Arabic style coffee is fabulous here and the staff is pleasant and courteous.

At then end of our visit in which we sat outside the entire time, we ordered a pound of coffee to go. It was ground in front of us and deposited into an airtight branded canister.

LOVE Kahwa! I went to Starbucks for the longest time because itā€™s closer to my home, but I started going to Kahwa to support local businessesā€”and Iā€™m glad I did! The coffee is outstanding, the staff is wonderful (Jasmine and Maddie are always so friendly), and there is almost always adequate seating if you need work space or a table to have a conversation. I encourage everyone to shop local and get your morning coffee fix at Kahwa!

They do not understand the fine art that is coffee. They need to send their employees or managers to Seattle for a bit to train or something. I miss coffee stands from Seattle. I was hoping to find a gem. I was very very disappointed. Won't be returning. Edit: The peppermint mocha we ordered was atrocious. The coffee shot tasted old. The milk was tasted burnt. There was very little peppermint flavor added. They didn't offer Breve. My nitro cold brew was stale and old tasting. And had absolutely no flavor.

Excellent service, and love the small hometown coffee shop.

If you love strong coffee. Go to this place. It's smooth but strong. I had one cup omg I was up for 24 hours straight. Side effects or after effects had me grateful I didn't need to go to the hospital. I was down the whole weekend trying to recoup. Was not expecting that result. Some love that rush. I'm good.
Great customer service though that's why I gave it 4 stars.

Got the red pepper and goat cheese quiche with the iced chai latte - 10/10.
