The drinks and the staff are awesome! I love to write here, and the music is just loud enough that it helps me concentrate. Lots of milk options too. And the staff knows a lot about their drinks and are happy to talk to people about them. Definitely drop by if you've never tried Kava, but you're into the idea. 10/10.

Boho-esque kava bar with great vibe! Love the atmosphere. Everyone is friendly. Very clean. Both the kava and kratom are high quality.

Came here for the first time a couple of weeks ago to meet up with a friend. The mocha latte I had was delicious and tasted great!! Also, I enjoyed the ambiance and loved the nice chairs. I have never been to a coffee shop that had an actual bar. I'm definitely coming back here again.

We love the open mic 🎤 at bula kava. We actually performed as a featured act, and had a blast. There Cuban sandwich is the best I ever had. We order it every time we go.

I feel compelled to share that Maggie is an absolute dream. Not only was she extremely attentive to me but also to everyone present without bias. The environment is very clean which is extremely important to me. I enjoyed the aesthetic chosen which offered a very relaxed and calming vibe. As a trained herbalist with over 20 years experience in my field, 25 years of drinking kava in the US and Fiji, and traveling to over 27 different countries studying and working with plant medicines I believe I know good kava and a good kava bar when i am in one.

While it is not a traditional kava bar atmosphere, Bula kava bar and coffee house in Tampa is a cozy place with wonderfully friendly staff and fellow customers. The kava and kombucha are simply wonderful and the nitro coffee is spectacular. The conversations I had with a fellow customers and the extremely friendly staff members Wes and Zoey on my last 3 visits was wonderfully engaging. It is quite clear how much they love their jobs. Bringing community together is exactly what kava is all about, and Bula Kava Bar and coffee house has done the wonderful service to the Tampa area. .

Chill on a comfy couch for hours while sipping coffee and working on laptop. Very cool.

Chris/Kris was super friendly and helpful! His personality aligned perfectly with the atmosphere of Bula. I had been trying to find a place with bulletproof coffee, and I’m so happy I found Bula. And I was happy to see they had Delta 8, too.
