Just look at the responses on the negative reviews ... this owner is awful even employees are posting negative reviews on how he treats them... a customer posted he was yelling at staff smh seem like a terrible atmosphere to work or dine in... The sad part is employees need their jobs to survive and probably just take this type of toxic work environment... NOT OKAY

I got an iced green tea and it was the most bitter green tea I've ever had. They're definitely steeping it too long. Maybe the other drinks are good but I couldn't even finish the tea.

Consistently tasty beverages and pizza bagels. My go-to spot to study if I'm on this side of campus or need an easily recognizable landmark to meet up with someone new. Just don't get the boba or bring outside food or drinks.

Soo good. Egg cheese & croissant sandwich $4.99 you can't beat it, Freshly made. Ample seating, accross from FSU (close to Magnolia dorms) only puzzling thing was parking app..

The manager/"owner" lacks ethics and professionalism to treat clients. While he kept verbally harassing me, I tried to explain that I did not see the sign of no outside food/drinks but couldn't communicate with him from all the yelling and rudeness. I always buy a smoothie when I go there to study to help the business, but today he just lost a regular customer due to his lack of interpersonal and ethical skills. Although I threw away my starbucks coffee, it was not enough for him, so he kept yelling at me until kicking me out. Sadly, the owner creates hostile a environment to study or to eat. I hope this does not happen to anyone, so please be careful on going there.

We had a fun and delicious lunch! The manager (or maybe he was the owner?) invited our two younger kids to come back and learn to make a snow cone. He even gave it to them as a treat!! Highly recommend Sweet Shop!

Sweet shop is that cute little coffee shop you see in the movies. With its warm and welcoming atmosphere I can see why it's an FSU favorite. The first time I came in I was shocked by the huge selection of items they have. Ranging from fruit smoothies, to bubble tea, Italian sodas, and every type of coffee imaginable, I'd say it would be pretty difficult not to find something. In addition to their drinks they also have a ton of food items, from the classic muffins to wraps, paninis, and sandwiches.

If I had to give my recommendation, I would urge you to try the cafe con leche with the egg and cheese bagel. I have not had a good cafe con leche in a long time and this one is so good I've found myself ordering 2 in one day!

Last but not least, the owner is incredibly nice and welcoming, you can tell he cares about his business and wants to provide the most for his customers.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Please support your local businesses especially now due to the pandemic making it so hard for places like these to survive.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I 'used' to be a regular customer, but after today I will never step my foot at that establishment ever again. I went to a different coffee shop earlier today that only offered outside seating. It started raining, so I had to leave that place and go somewhere else. I went to sweet shop because it's on campus and I also go there to study. I could not leave my table, because I was watching a live lecture and I was just finishing drinking the coffee that I bought at the other place, so I could buy food and more coffee at Sweet Shop. A man, who I believe is the owner or a manager, approached my friend and I in a very aggressive way, yelling at us and hitting his chest. I was in shock and honestly scared as that big rude man was getting really close to us and being very aggresive.

I completely understand that outside food is not allowed, but both my friend and I were literally about to buy food and drinks. We were just waiting for my lecture to be over.

I really did not appreciate how he approached the situation. He could have simply told us that it was not allowed, or if we were going to buy anything, but instead he chose to yell and be extremely aggressive towards two 5 foot tall girls who are regular customers...

EDIT: It is very easy to call other people liars when you are the liar yourself. Please learn how to be polite to people and accept your customers feedback, either good or bad, instead of calling everyone who posts a negative review a liar and using the same broken record "liar liar pants on fire".
Also, I'd highly recommend you to get medical help. You have serious anger issues. Karma is real. Have a good day.
