Vanilla caramel iced thing is the best coffee I’ve ever had

Came in on a Saturday. The place wasn't particularly busy. Nonetheless, the staff didn't care to acknowledge my presence so I walked out. The place really needs to work on improving their customer service.

Frittata was excellent. Homemade caramel in my almond milk latté was heavenly. Great atmosphere. Five star service
