To Go food was accurate, ready as promised, very tasty and healthy. Excellent different options!

Everyone goes out of there way to make sure that you are satisfied...even going to the other site to restock muffins!

Nice little coffee shop. It is small without much seating so you may have to take your stuff to go if it is busy. The food and drinks are a bit pricey but a good value since they are definitely high quality. Will be returning again!

Awesome coffee if you're just in need of a quick fix, but if you are looking to study here, be aware of their wifi! It most often never works for me, even after making sure I have the right password from the employees and the wifi says it has full connection. Definitely frustrating because otherwise, this place is the perfect place to get good coffee and study outside

Unfortunately this will be the last time I ever come here. I wish it ended on a positive note, but it does not. I have been going to Catalina for nearly five years. What always stood out was the amazing coffee, delicious food, and top notch employees! Yet, since this past summer I noticed all three of those have dropped in preparation, taste, and personality. I was surprised the first time I noticed. Shrugging it off as an off day, but it became the new normal. Every time I went it was disappoint after disappointment. The coffee did not taste the same and my order was always wrong (paying extra every time for extra meat and never getting extra meat). After continuing to go for the remainder of the fall, becoming less and less eager to go I have completely switched over to Starbucks. I went to Catalina just yesterday to give it a final shot... I left disappointed. I never leave a review, but I feel as though it is an obligation of a once loyal customer to inform management and the owner of why I won't becoming back. I appreciate the past 5 years (wish there were more) of Mr. Williams and the Turkey sandwiches and most of all making my mornings. I wish Catalina the best! If you haven't gone, give them a try. Still five stars for five years.

The KINDEST guy was working when me and my sister went in for coffee. When she accidentally dropped her coffee, he made another one (with just as much love as he put into the first one) right away. He checked with us to make sure our food order was exactly as we wanted it, and it was SO GOOD. Just really great service, excellent food, and quality coffee — you should go :)

Their coffee is amazing! One of my favorite spots in Tallahassee to get coffee. It does get pretty crowded when they're busy over the weekend.

Great place to stop for some coffee! I do not like caramel in coffee, but their syrup is to DIE FOR. A little pricey for their demographic being college students, but with house-made syrup it can be forgiven.
