The Blend (Old Northeast) Coffee & Cocktails

A very spacious cafe serving breakfast items, baked goods, espresso beverages and and tea. If you can’t choose what to get, they offer a flight of different items. Items are reasonably priced, however taste can be improved on. Their espresso to milk ratio is not quite there. Every time I’ve ordered an espresso beverage, proportions were off, either under or over. At times I had to add an extra shot and other times I had to add more milk, to balance out the espresso to milk ratio.
Nevertheless, a nice and spacious spot perfect for get together with friends, work or study; and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Cute Cafe! Very big fan of the Coffee Flights! The coffee is strong and hits the spot just right. The blend provided a very cute fun atmosphere. By the time we go there at 12pm all their bagels and egg products were sold out but they had good customer service overall! Cute cute place!

The coffee flights here are decent. The service was decent as well. I felt that the coffee i had could have been better in terms who it tasted. There was a slight bitterness to it. The place is very good spot however to do your home work in a quiet environment.

Pros:
1. Great atmosphere. A good spot to work from. Lots of outlets for your computer and the music isn’t too loud.
2. Coffee is great. Just skip all the options and get the white chocolate latte. They also have a coffee flight here which is awesome.

Cons:
1. There aren’t too many food options. I wanted a bagel with butter and they did not have butter. Then I asked for peanut butter on it and they said they can’t take peanut butter from their other menu options.
2. You cannot make your own coffee flight
3. Parking is always full and you will typically have to walk. I didn’t mind this part as I like getting the exercise.

Really awesome spot! I came here for the coffee flights! They had two or three different ones to pick from. I got the March themed flight which can be seen in my photo. So good! They also offer smoothies, all day breakfast, and little pastries. They also had these mason jars for sale to make your own sangria and drinks. The place is spacious with a lot of windows for natural lighting to pour in & plenty of seating as well as a bar to sit at. The reggae music they were playing made everything feel more upbeat and fun! The workers were friendly and the brunette girl at the register was super patient with all my questions as it was my first visit. I'll definitely be back!

My mom was visiting from out of town and saw the Latte Flights online. She was excited to try them so I was a good daughter and took her to get her flavored coffee. Eric was manning the front counter and he was awesome. Great customer service. We got the March St. Patrick's Day flavors. We loved most of them. Grasshopper was not our favorite but we know the piont of flights is to find the one you love. My favorite was lucky charm and my mom's was pot o gold. Definitely will be back.

Absolutely a fabulous trendy coffee shop. Friendly staff with so many choices of brew and treats. Lots of space which after Covid times I appreciate more than ever! Well lit and open with plenty of tables. The coffee was so aromatic and fresh. The cold brew caramel expresso was my fav. Yummo! Beware tho dogs are allowed in this establishment which my companion wasn't feeling. So if you aren't an animal lover you may want to check out another coffee establishment.

The waitress (both) have bad mood and are lazy. One of them, vacuumed next to my feet while I ate. I didn't like the food. Doesn't taste well. The coffee is fine....

So yeah, that was a bit dramatic but they do have flights to try and they’re the most fun. There’s a couple variations of a coffee flight you can get- they have the standard plain flight with a latte, macchiato and such, a flavored flight that we tried with salted caramel and a few others, and then there was a seasonal special when we went as well. They also had a spritzer type flight that was a fruity red bull mix, so we decided to go for that one as well.

I love having flights because you get to taste test multiple different things rather than being restricted to one or two. These flights were served in relatively smaller cups as well, and I thought that was good. That way we didn’t get too full trying to finish them. And two flights is perfect to split between 2 people.

There were some flavors we really liked, and some we’d probably skip next time. Salted caramel and hazelnut were our picks of the flavored coffees. As for the spritzers, the only one I didn’t enjoy as much was the coconut one, but it was pretty bland on flavor.

I guess they do also serve wine, as it is a “coffee and wine bar”. Though we definitely didn’t come at a wine time- for us at least. Maybe some like morning cabernet? Props if you do. I really loved the vibe here though. It’s very hip but lowkey, and would be a bomb place to sit and do work or homework. Make sure you check out the bathrooms too!

Loved how spacious this place was. I always enjoyed the location on US 19. Coffee here is always great and never fails to disappoint me, especially that PB smoothie after a good workout. This location is excellent with getting some work done and lots of seating compare to the US 19 location but the only problems in this location are:
- minimal outlets
- minimal parking

Otherwise, this location is a 10/10!!!
