Good looking staff but the selection is never the same. I must say they have some very unique items I ❤️ the lemon grass gimmick but I think they should have another register for the beer side other than that the VIBE in there is SO CHILL!!!

My favorite coffee shop in St. Pete! The Staff is always so friendly and coffee is always tasty!

Barista was welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere felt clean and cozy. It was a very calm environment to relax and focus in. My chai latte was just how I like them. Delicious!

We usually come here a few times a week. However, there is only one barista that actually wears a mask. The others all keep them under their chins. Today, no masks for the women working or any of the customers in front of or behind us in line. There is also no wiping or cleaning being done. They are making us food and drinks without cleaning in between and without masks on their faces. As a healthcare worker, it has become too hard to be here safely. The food and drinks are always good, though.

Other than that, the coffee is okay. Nothing special or stand out which is a little disappointing in this cafe saturated area. Cold brew is alright but cheap so that's nice. I tried the white coffee which the barista warned ahead of time did not taste like the coffee I was used to. She was right, it tastes more like roasted peanuts. A little weird at first but I got used to it and it's nice to try something different.

My own experience was that I ordered a bagel with cream, they gave me the bagel in a bag (not even a plate) with a small plastic container and a knife. So uncomfortable and inconvenient as I was expecting to receive a bagel already prepared and on a plate.

I didn't even eat it.

You guys should focus more on the way you attend customers, very superficial vibes.

This place is a joke and poorly managed.

Experience #1: They failed to add my purchase to their rewards program and when they realized their mistake on my next visit, they didn't bother to make it right at that time.

Experience #2: I ordered a 32 oz. iced mocha, light on the ice, and their menu clearly says that it's $1 more than a 24 oz. which is $5.50, but the clerk tried to charge me ~$7.50 for it. The clerk didn't seem to understand what I pointed out to her on the menu and we had to get the manager involved. Come to find out, the overcharge was "mistakenly" set up that way in their computer system. They also ask if you want an additional shot of espresso, but fail to tell you that it's an extra charge unless you're paying attention to the total cost.

Experience #3: I ordered a 32 oz. iced mocha, light on the ice, and again, the clerk wanted to charge me ~$7.30 for it. When I questioned her about it, I found out that they now charge extra for light ice.

Experience #4: When I was going through my credit card charges, I
noticed that they charged me for an iced mocha on a day that I was never even in their shop.

Experience #5: There won't be another experience because I have no desire to patronize a coffee shop that does business like this.

Amazing atmosphere and the owner is the sweetest. I recommend the white coffee bean espresso and turkey sausage egg and cheese breakfast burrito 🌯 (rockstar tip: add cream cheese).

I actually love the blend but this was the first unsatisfactory visit that I've had
