Perq Coffee Bar

First, i must share that one of my favorite past times is discovering new local coffee shops and comparing how each one might prepare the same beverage (very small differences, but I'm picky so I definitely notice lol)

I cannot express enough what a wonderful job this coffee bar is doing. Their drinks match the true traditional form of what they should be and they have a great atmosphere. I'm amazed what an awesome job these owners are doing. Short wait times despite a lot of people being there, and the barista is still very personable.

My only complaint is that I wish they would expand their hours! 😂 LOL

Super cute, cozy interior with plenty of space to bring a laptop and work. Lots of shade in the outdoor area which is helpful even on colder winter days in FL.
Coffee was lovely, the barista was excellent and he was VERY knowledgeable and kind. Whether you like fancy or regular ol black coffee you will be satisfied!
Bakery items looked delicious, I should have gotten breakfast! I had a pistachio muffin and it was very sweet but went well with the coffee. I watched many locals come by and get their cuppa as well, so this must be one of the best spots downtown. I will be coming here again definitely. Perfect spot too to sit and chat with friends.

Great specialty coffee shop in Sarasota. Live that they serve coffee from everywhere around the country.

Stumbled upon this little coffee shop a little after they opened. So glad we did. Its the best coffee around. Time and time again they take what they do to new levels. The breakfast sandwiches Erin makes are perfect with Keith's Shaker! If you want to experience coffee the way it should be....Perq is a must visit.

Exceeded expectations. Comfy and cozy, with good donuts and an excellent egg bake. Cashier was helpful without any snobbery. More or less a craft coffee spot.

Best breakfast bagel sandwich and coffee I’ve had in a long time. The lattes are amazing as well
