Masks recommended not required. Many customers don’t wear them. It’s a small space and can get crowded. Understaffed so service is slow if you order a sandwich. Perfect virus recipe!

My family and I vacation in Santa Rosa every summer and we plan one night where we bike to sunrise cafe. This night we biked here 15 minutes until 9 and the employee decided to close early. We always look forward to eating our ice cream here especially since it's traditiOn. We are a family of 9 with little kids, so it was disappointing when we walked/ biked here and the store was closed early. It isn't business etiquette. My sister walked in with her infant because he was crying when we told him no ice cream and she ended up serving us. We appreciate her opening the restaurant for us, however it would have been a little bit of a better guest experience if it was actually opened at 8:45 when we arrived. Thank you for the ice cream, but maybe consider that vacationers don't know you close early and bank on your online hours that say 9pm.

Great coffee with unique flavors! but 7 dollars for a small sausage biscuit is a little pricey 😂

My friends and I get the same thing everyday and the somehow managed to get it wrong almost every time. The manager is not the nicest. The food is pre-frozen and it doesn’t taste the best. But I do like 30 chicken quesadillas.

The service was awful. The girl who took my order seemed to be burden by me. She was more interested in eating her meal and playing on her phone. I was told they were waiting on a truck and were out of a lot of stuff (tomatoes, mayo, etc...). I would suggest a trip to the grocery store on days like this. The sandwich was very blah since they were out of items for it, so after a few bites I asked if I could get my money back. The same girl did not seem happy about this at all. She wasn't apologetic and came across more annoyed than anything.

The woman at the grill was extremely rude and impatient with us. Coffee was just fine but her attitude completely ruined our experience. Not to mention the employees were counting money in front of us, in the same space they serve food.

I am a local, so when my family visits they always want to try. I think I’ll pay for overpriced drinks elsewhere. The staff is so rude, it’s insulting. I’ve been here a handful of times and get the same treatment each time.

This is a quaint little place, great service, a very diverse menu from donuts to biscuits and gravy, they also have a nice selection of alcohol beverages, mimosas, bloody Mary’s, etc.

Popular place for all sorts of coffee drinks and wonderful bacon smells in the morning. Friendly staff solidify an enjoyable experience. My kid loved the turtle sculpture outside.

It's a cute place. Decent bakery and coffee. Employees need to tie their long hair back when making food. Will come again.
