I have attempted to give this place several chances and they always disappoint. They are always out of items but they don’t tell you until after you pay and you’re waiting in line. The first time they didn’t have a banana for the smoothie so I said make it without and it was terrible. The second time they didn’t have biscuits and used a bagel instead. The staff is always rude and you can tell they have no idea what they are doing. I think they get so much business from tourist, they really don’t care if locals come back.

Stayed in Santa Rosa Beach over a long weekend and went to this coffee shop twice. Once at 7:50 am and once at 9:00 am. Very long line both times and staff simply seems amused by it. No effort to move quickly in any way. Girls are often talking amongst themselves. Mediocre drinks at best. Seems to be the main hub for all the rentals but definitely lackadaisical attitude.

Great experience. We ordered chai tea lattes and coffee and it was all delicious. Very friendly and hardworking staff, atmosphere is great. Only suggestion is that I wish there was a menu at the front of the store. There was a little bit of a line, and we were unable to view the menu for most of our waiting time. Adding a menu to the front as well would make this experience perfect. Also wish I could find a menu on their website! Same problem there, just waiting in line and unsure of what I wanted. Besides that, great little shop, 100% recommend.

My friend and I were excited to know there was a coffee shop beachside and close by our rental.

The first day, I ordered an iced latte with vanilla flavoring. It was super sweet and looked as if there were almost no coffee in it. So the next time, I ordered an iced coffee with caramel syrup (photo attached). It looked the exact same as the latte (how? It shouldn’t have milk in it!), but this time no flavoring. So it tasted like I was drinking just milk.

Each morning, my friend goes for a run and stops by here for her almond milk cappuccino. Each day, she’s disappointed because it’s more milk than coffee. She literally brings it back to the rental each day just to pour more coffee in it; using it only for the almond milk.

Redeeming point here is their doughnuts! The red velvet doughnut was yummy and all their doughnuts are made fresh daily.

Service was great and really cute place but the coffee drinks are hands down the worst I've ever had. My first mistake was ordering the raspberry cheesecake iced coffee in hopes of trying something new. However even the basic drinks like the butterscotch coffee, which my friend ordered, were way worse. No amount of sugar got rid of the incredibly bitter taste the coffee offered. She gagged each time she forced herself to drink it becuase we could not rationalization the waste of money it would be to throw it away.

The pastries were good kinda hard to mess up a donut though.

Great little local place to grab a coffee and sit outside and people watch! Also, have a great breakfast! Stop on by and see what it's all about!

Coffee was good. Service was awful. Too bad since this shop is very convenient.

Stopped in today for the first time, I will not make this mistake again. Coffee was the worst I’ve ever had. They do not know how to make a simple double shot if espresso I ended up with a latte.

Great little coffee shop. Coffee was awesome and they even had a selection of GF donuts.

I don’t usually write these reviews but this place is ridiculous. This is 2x we’ve visited this store and the red-headed girl was there both times with an extremely terrible attitude. We waited in line for a long time for her to tell us we couldn’t order lunch that was in 5 min. nor could we get a smoothie, because they didn’t have fruit. The smoothie I ordered didn’t even have fruit in it. When we finally ordered lunch it was very salty and didn’t have the ingredients that were on the menu. Never again! Plus we rent a facility out here and we will definitely be posting about places to stay away from.
