Worst part of the trip. My husband and I visited this morning at 8:20 we stood in the long line. We got up to the front they said they was out of bread. The girl at the register asked the girl who was making breakfast if they had any cheese croissants left. She said I don't know but we're out right now. She didn't even go check. We get our order and I ordered a caramel iced coffee. My husband ordered coffee as well. They both looked the same so we asked the little girl right there that was making breakfast if she could ask what was what. She said Oh I don't know I'm just making breakfast. I said well how are we supposed to know which is which because honestly it looked like a plain diet Coke with ice and they don't label it and I'm allergic to what my husband had coconut in it. So you want me to drink something I might be allergic to possibly? She said oh you have to get back in line now the problem with this is we stood out the door for the line. Are you kidding me? What kind of customer service is this? I've worked in the real estate world for over 10 years as an investor if I owned this building I would hate to know someone like this is working here. I'm thankful we visited here last because we enjoyed every other shop in this section. We love the pizza place we went to located in this area and they had great customer service but just think if we went here first I wouldn't have visited any of the other shops. It could hurt other businesses. Please get better customer service. I wouldn't recommend it and I left the coffee on the counter. My husband tasted it for me and he said it tasted like burnt coffee and no one could tell us apparently what it was.

I am a coffee shop owner and always love to visit coffee shops wherever I go. The cashier and baristas were friendly but It was clear that nobody has trained the baristas how to make proper espresso drinks. As I was waiting in line I never heard the espresso grinder operating. I was watching as they made ice lattes and they were using what appeared and tasted like cold coffee from a pitcher in the fridge. Iced lattes should be made with a freshly pulled shot of espresso! I also noticed that there were espresso shots just sitting on the counter waiting to be used for their hot drinks. When I ordered I asked that they make sure to pull a fresh espresso shot for my hot latte to which they said they always pull fresh shots. Needless to say they just used the shot that had been sitting there for a while. Both drinks were terrible and we left them after a couple of sips. Sorry, but as much as I don’t like Starbucks or Dunkin’ it would have been much better.

Excellent coffee. I love their breve, it is so smooth and has this really amazing flavor profile. Their breakfast sandwich was good, nothing earth-shattering, but it was better than average and I'd be happy to eat it on the regular.
3 stars on the coffee alone, 1 star for good food.

Also tried the Berrylicious smoothie-- its okay if you want a massive sugar bomb and don't mind the too-much taste of fruit syrups-- for the price I had hoped for something more just-real-fruit and less dessert shake.

Space is cramped and can be chaotic-lite. They missed the drink in my order the first time (ended up giving it to me for free I think because it was so busy they didn't want to check me out a second time), the second time I they accidentally made my drink twice. Obviously these mistakes worked to my favor in these instances-- only time will tell if these were coincidental flukes or they are prone to mistakes/confusion in general.
Neutral here, two mistakes in two visits but no detriment to me.

Overall I would make this a regular stop. Prices feel high, but that's just the reality of the local economy, expect to pay 10-20% more compared to the surrounding region.

My husband went into this establishment yesterday with his sisters and received perfect customer service. But when him and I went in this morning the customer service was terrible. Our smoothies were tossed out the little windowed area to us completely covered in the sticky smoothie.. all 3 of them. My husband had to use A TON of napkins to wipe the drinks off and the servers saw and never once asked if they could fix the messy order. Our drinks weren’t even put in a cup carrier. We won’t be coming back.

I'm not sure what happened to this place. It used to be my favorite place to go and grab an ice coffee and some breakfast wraps. We have a house in the area and so we have been going there for years. The manager and staff need to clean!!! They need to see what the customers see.... Filth!! The amount of dust on the equipment, the crumbs on the ledge where the paper bags/ food boats are located. It seems they wipe around everything and never pull the equipment out to clean. Coffee grounds behind the machines. The donut case looked dirty, the food / cinnamon rolls that were sitting out looked old. Tacky signs written on an order pad telling people not to throw liquids in the trash cans....in a coffee shop. Service was terrible, unorganized, and extremely slow. There were cockroach crawling around by the smoothie making area where there was another trash can with hand written sign to not put liquids in the trashcan. So disgusting and so disappointing. From now on I will drive on down to Grayson to the Badass coffee company. By the way, I did tell them about the roaches.... They seemed unaffected by it...

Rude, rude, rude. One girl sat in the corner on her phone giving dirty looks to customers. The girl at the register was trying to rush us out the door. (Only 1 other customer besides us) Rung up everything on the register and said "pay it" and walked off. Cinnamon rolls were good but we had to heat them up in our room. Otherwise it's a cold brick. They never offered to heat them. I'm not sure if it's an option. Carmel iced coffee was decent.

cute little coffee shop. I ordered a hot lavender latte and it was pretty delicious. I rate this place 3 stars because of the young lady that took my order. She was very snobby and didn't seem like she cared to be at work. Maybe she was just having a bad day, I don't know but customer service matters.

Good coffee from the most inefficient coffee house on the planet. Long lines in a cramped, alley shaped building. You’d think owner would figure out by now how to better serve customers who just want a quick cup of coffee.
