Bagel 13-Rockledge

I was looking for a place to get some bagels that were better quality than what you pick up at the local grocery store

This location popped up not too far away from where I was that day

I understand the bagel business is a breakfast thing, but I got there about 1:00 in the afternoon and the selection was selection was less than exciting

The couple of styles that I was able to get were tasty, the bagels were quite large and filling

Purchasing a 1/2 dozen or a dozen the cost is about $1 per bagel not overly expensive not a super bargain either

I will give this location a second try if I can get over there earlier in the morning the problem is they are about a 30 minute drive from my residence

Now they did offer that if I called an order in the morning they would set it aside, and I appreciate that kind of service.

Stopped by to grab a bag of bagels. Got the 6 bagels with cream cheese deal. The bagels are like nearly every other place, like Dunkin that bakes bagels- large, bready and puffy like a giant roll- too much bread! Bagels are supposed to be dense and smaller in size, tasty and chewy, New York style. It is very difficult to find those here. Einstein and Panera are the closest. These will do in a pinch. Veggie cream cheese- not much flavor or veggies.

Very slow service almost every time and very rarely is the staff friendly. Every now and then, someone is nice, but it should be every time a customer goes in. Their bagels are not labeled either, so it’s extremely annoying to have to ask what each flavor is. The bagels sit out in the open and get stale as well.

Given this place multiple chances. I order a Taylor ham and cheese and get egg and Taylor ham no cheese. Guy even says there slow and gives me the wrong stuff ? Every-time they just give me whatever they want. After multiple chances won’t be going back. Waste of my money not getting what I order

Just OK. All the seasoning fell off the bagel but they were good sized. Parchment paper stuck to the bottom of one of the bagels. Latte was decent. Smoothie tasted too artificial.

Very good! The jalapeño cheddar bagel with Taylor ham egg and cheese was delicious! Staff was very friendly and the place was clean. We were just passing through but I've added this place to my map. Easy to get to from I95 and fast service.

Bagels are very bread-like and bland. Ordered an onion bagel with vegetable cream cheese to take out and they couldn't even take the time to spread the cream cheese on the bagel. What kind of service is that? Made breakfast on the run difficult since I had a drive ahead of me. I really don't like eating food in my car , and having to prepare it as well really made me angry. At $4 for a bagel and cream cheese, the least they could do is prepare it to be ready to eat. I don't go to Dunkin and get a bagel with cream cheese for this specific reason and I won't be coming back to Bagel13 either.

Sad excuse of a bagel shop. Literally get better bagels at gas stations.

Plain, terrible "everything" bagels, under toasted. If you ask for a toasted bagel with cream cheese, they give an under toasted bagel with cream cheese on the side in cups, with no knife or utensils to spread it.

Smash browns, whatever that means, are disgusting, can't even tell if there is any potatoes in it, undercooked and mushy.

Staff was very disinterested, the dining room was in shambles, and there are 5 people on the staff literally doing nothing to make good food, a clean restaurant, or even friendly customer interaction.

Food is good but seems like it's always a little busy and understaffed

My absolute favorite breakfast place! This is the type of local shop that you just get a craving for when you wake up in the morning! The workers are so friendly and the food is just wonderful! My go to order is a ham, egg, and cheese on a cheddar jalapeno bagel with jalapeno cream cheese instead of the regular cheese! The best!
