Bagel 13-Rockledge

Took almost 20 minutes to get our order of a toasted bagel and an egg & bacon on a bagel. The bagels were not toasted and they put the 2 measly pieces of bacon they could find on my $5.50 sandwich.
I didn't ask them to remake them, but I did ask if I could have an extra piece of bacon. They were snotty about it, so I told them I didn't really appreciate the attitude. To be fair, the young man behind the counter tried to bring me 3 more pieces, and I was so disgusted by the big deal they made I told them to keep it.
Be prepared to wait for a while for them to just cut a bagel in half. The egg was cooked well and they technically got the orders correct.

I ordered the bagel with lox. While tasty, there were very little ingredients on the bagel. Almost no onion or tomato and a very small amount of lox, compared to what is usually served for a sandwich like this. It was good enough, but I probably would never order it again. I don't even know if I would order anything else based on how little tomato and onion and cream cheese were served.

The food was fantastic and inexpensive too.
The staff were great and service was quick, food was fresh and hot.
Taco Bell scored a perfect 5!! congratulations to all of you that made it happen. I'll be back better believe that!!

This location is always well cleaned and organized. My recent visits with Tricia and Sharmane have been amazing! They always have a positive attitude, nice smile, and awesome quick service! If your a regular customer for Bagel 13, this is a location that would definitely be a good pit stop, if your in the area.

The staff is very friendly and always willing to help advice the customer. The bagels are not super tasty - they are a bit too salty and stale, though every now and then they come out well.

I usually order the lox bagel, which contains a disproportionate amount of cream cheese vs. salmon.

Usually go early mornings. Today I arrived around 10:10 am. I ordered from a girl I've never seen in there before with I can't breathe shirt on. She talk like she was from the ghetto and had a real bad attitude. They didn't have the hoagie rolls for the Cubans so I asked if we could change that to sour dough bread. Her reply was I don't know if we have that either. After going back and looking they did have it. Without any other customers orders in except for myself and two other people it seem like it took over 20 minutes to get our food. Which I don't mind. The thing is the attitude really got me. I've eaten here probably six or eight times in the last 2 months but with the attitude and the slow service I received today I won't be back.

Ordered online today 2 bagel sandwiches, 1 egg bagel grilled with Taylor ham, egg, and cheese. 1 everything bagel grilled with bacon, egg, and cheese. Both bagel were not grilled, toasted or otherwise. Just hard and dry tasting and quite unappetizing. The amount of bacon along with the quality is underwhelming. Also they were out of Taylor Ham so they called and I substituted with bacon which is a 50 cent difference in price so you would think they would maybe put some extra bacon on that one at least. I am sad this is the only bagel shop in the area, so I looks like I will have to just make the sandwiches at home.for now on because these were just gross tasting and underwhelming. Bagel 13 needs to do better. 14 plus dollars for 2 bagel sandwiches that were not even toasted with tiny pieces of bacon is not worth it.

I have been a loyal customer to this establishment since they were bagel world. They’re going downhill. I come into place an order. I waited 6 minutes before someone acknowledged me. My order was simple. A plain bagel and two multigrain bagels in a bag. I take my order thinking everything is fine it’s only 3 bagels. I get home one plain bagel and two regular multi grain. I drive all the way back there tell her she gives me the wrong order she has an attitude. She the. Gives me two multigrain everything bagels, but no plain. I tell her this and she has an attitude again. This place is becoming god aweful. Ownership needs to step In

I hate leaving bad reviews but the bagels here were not that great. Dunkin Donuts has better bagels and that’s sad. Generous on the meat on the sandwich but that’s about all I can say. The smashbrown was a disappoint as well. Soggy and just fell apart.

Slow service given there not actually putting the cream cheese on the bagel. No idea why there's an 8 minute wait for 3 Bagels... Bagels were okay. Not amazing and not horrible.
