Bagel 13-Rockledge

I don’t plan on going back to this bagel shop again. First, the person taking my order was a bit rude. Second, the cheese bagels weren’t really cheesy. Third, it was rather expensive for just ok bagels. I’d rather get the ones in the freezer section of the grocery store than go back here.

The bagel sandwiches taste great, but unfortunately the poor customer service and slow service times outweigh everything. Your food is only as good as the way your customers feel leaving your shop. I really hope management can turn things around.

Chicken salad is excellent. Smoothies are done right. Nice place. Well decorated.

Speedy service, food always hot and ready, no wait time, clean, friendly, I love the egg bagel with scallon cream cheese 😋

I decided to go here because I was craving a Lox bagel and it was the closest bagel shop to me.

When I arrived there were quite a few people waiting for food. Employee took my order quickly. However I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my bagel order.

My bagel had more cream cheese than Lox. I asked for my bagel to be toasted. It was not. The bagel itself was tough. Cream cheese was flavorless. The entire thing was bland.

Will not return anytime soon.

I honestly love this place for a good bagel sandwich but today I wasn’t happy.
I ordered a everything bagel and an Asiago bagel sandwiches, I should have opened the bag up to make sure they were correct but the receipt said what I wanted. My boyfriend got home with the bagels and they were both an everything bagel sandwiches which I was very disappointed as I was starving and I’m allergic to sesame seeds. I had to call back to get a new sandwich and I picked it up and it still didn’t have want I asked for on the sandwich but the right bagel.
I will be returning but this experience was not great after working a long shift.

Your worker, Ashlin was amazing! In a society today where most people are miserable, she was a breath of fresh air! And she did my order perfect. While I was waiting for my order to get done she took care of at least another half dozen or more people and took care of them as well. I don't know what you are paying this Ashlin, but what ever it is you should pay her much more she is an asset to your company. Thank you Bill

Crocs & socks, bennies, poor hygiene, touching face with gloves on, not switching, touching their phones, and last but not least my “everything” bagel… looks plain. Ill be calling health services. Employees are too busy talking with their friends rather than welcoming customers.

For a premium bagel, I guess I expected them to apply the shmear to the bagel when I ordered it, not jam it in the bag.

Ordered 5 bagels with sausage, egg & cheese, 1w/steak, egg & cheese, all extra toasted, through Door Dash.
The order was delivered promptly but 3 out of 6 bagels had no cheese.
I called to let them know that 3 of the bagels had no cheese. I forgot to mention that all bagels were lightly toasted, not extra toasted. Mind you, they charge $1 for cheese!
They told me that the only way to resolve the issue was for me to drive to Rockledge to replace the bagels. Never even apologized for their errors.
1) I am disabled, having severe issues, which is why I used Door Dash for delivery.
2) I live in Merritt Island. Kind of defeats the reasons for using Door Dash.
3) A simple apology would have been sufficient. The actual point of my call wasn’t to replace the food. It was to inform them that they had grossly ignored what the actual order was. The lack of concern for their inept service, along with no apology for their lack service, is what has prompted this review.
