Great spot that has amazing beer and drink options. This was a great place to eat after a full day at the park and enjoy sitting down, listening to great music and enjoying some good food. I would recommend taking the water taxi back to your resort after this.

Jerry our server is awesome! If you get a chance to be served by him, count yourself very lucky! The service is fantastic and the food is great, but the ambiance and service make it AWESOME! Thanks Jerry, for not singing for my birthday and keeping it low keyed! You're the best! We will be back!

This was my first time going to a Hard Rock Cafe but it was pretty much what I expected and a bit more. Food was pretty much pub food, the service was well done but the main focus was the music and memorabilia. While there music videos were being played for artists ranging from David Bowie to Portishead. The variety number of records, cloths, guitars and other items was incredible. The price was a bit high but as I said, it was expected.

The baby ribs are delicious, really big as you can see in the photo. You can share it (2 persons) the sangria it's a perfect drink also the strawberry lemonade $7 dollar for something different with pieces of fruit not like the regular one. I love this place for special events like birthdays or graduation it's a good idea.

Went on our last day in Florida and loved it, my husband really wanted to go as he is really in to his music, as am I. And im glad we did. Our server Kenny was amazing, really helpful and funny, and spent time with us explaining all the beers to us, and what was on the Specials. It was my 50th and really made it special. Food and atmosphere was amazing, we shared the Shrimps for start, I had steak, husband had Ribs, and shared Apple Cobbler and Ice cream. The Apple Cobbler came with a Candle in it. Then introduced me to the Cafe and all wished me happy birthday!! Kenny was brilliant we loved him, made our night something to remember!
"Don't Kill Kenny!"đâ¤ď¸. Thank you all for a memorable night.

Our first ever visit to this place and I decided to treat my kids out for dinner. When we turned up around 7pm the place was heaving with people and we didn't book ahead. The woman at the front desk was turning people away saying there was over a 45 minutes wait. We had our dinner at the bar area and the service from Colin was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the place and told my children the history behind Hard Rock. Colin was so apologetic that we was dinning at the bar area especially it being our very first experience. If it was not for Colin I would be leaving a very bad review. It's people like Colin that need yo be recognised for the hard work and for having amazing people skills and working the Bar area you need skills to pull this off and clearly whilst sitting at the bar Colin was running the show. So front desk please you need more people like Colin who have great customer service skills.

Absolutely Amazing. The best way to put it. I went in with 11 friends, we all ordered meals. Food was out in 30 minutes. Sam and Suzanne were constantly checking on us and being so patient. We all used gift cards, which take a while to go through. They started running the cards while we ate to better service us. Wonderful experience, best restaurant experience we have had. I have nothing but good things to say. Picture was also taken by Sam.

Went there with my wife for an anniversary. The atmosphere is awesome when you first come in with pictures and instruments all over the walls and rock music playing. There is a souvenir shop to the right and guest tables in seperate areas. Unfortunately the kitchen was very backed up even though the dining area was not at capacity and it took about an hour to get our food. The food looked really good but was very bland. Some guests next to us had the same issue and even asked for condiments to be brought to the table. Would not go again.

I am not writing this review to tell you what to do with your hard-earned money. I am going to share my thoughts and you make your own decision if you would like to try this place or not. I had the Messi Burger which I believe is for a limited time. Not only is the burger delicious but it is also underpriced at $13with fries. The egg elevates the flavor of this burger. It was well cooked, and the fires are good. The onion ring tower is good too. The onion rings are crunchy and greasy. Easily one of the best onion rings on the market. I had the buffalo wings. They were good. Logan said they were slow-cooked and certainly taste great. My one and only complaint about the wings is that the menu said âbuffalo wingâs but they tasted more like jerk wings. Other than that, they were amazing. Lastly, had a margarita and it was okay. The best thing about the drink is that you have the option of only paying a few bucks more and getting to take a souvenir hurricane cup home. The staff especially Logan, our waitress, was super friendly and attentive. Took his time explaining certain items on the menu. Would definitely go back to this place more than the food because of the overall service we got at this place.

Not only disappointing- but legitimately sickening.
After a full day of walking we were looking forward to a delicious steak. We both ordered the cowboy ribeye, medium rare with broccoli and mashed potatoes.
This steak was disgusting. Slimy and cold, tasted like butter. Barely cooked to rare- but I know better than to send food back to the kitchen. COLD broccoli. DRY mashed potatoes.
I wonât even bother mentioning the seating issue, the slow service or the long wait for our (cold) food. We ended up eating at the bar and our server/bar tender was very nice and took one meal off our tab. We were satisfied with that. But 12 hours later we are both exhibiting symptoms of a food borne illness and the only thing we both ate: cowboy ribeye from Hard Rock Cafe in Orlando.
Next step- contact the health department.
I will never visit a HRC again.
