Hard Rock Cafe

My family loved eating here after a hard day at Universal. The food hit the spot and the service was pretty quick and very polite for how busy they were. It was a bit pricey, but so is all the other food in the park. We bought a few souvenir t-shirts on the way out. I highly recommend a visit.

This location is the largest Hard Rock Cafe in the world. There is plenty of cool memorabilia around the venue to look at, and there is a huge amount of seating, so this is a good option to go to if the other restaurants at City Walk are full or too busy.

The menu is typical bar food like burgers, nachos etc.

On this trip we decided to get there early, right around 11am to beat the Saturday lunch rush. We were seated near the bar in the Cadillac room.

We decided just to get the burger sliders and bruschetta. Both items were good.

Our only complaint is that even though we just ordered 2 appetizers, we waited about 50 minutes for the food to arrive.

Give this place a visit, but be prepared for a potential long wait after you order your food.

As we were walking around the restaurant looking at the collection of personal belongings,art and instruments we met Giselle. Giselle is a waitress at the Hard Rock. She told us about some of the art and of some of the Stones and Beatles stuff they have. After asking her manager permission, she gave us a tour of the John Lennon room. It was nice to see all the artifacts that belonged to him and that once were in his home. She was so great with us. Very friendly, charismatic and knowledgeable. We got dinner and asked for her services. The overall experience was fantastic, thanks to Giselle ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great experience at Hard Rock. All of the food was good and our server was quite exceptional. She was very knowledgeable on the menu and we went some her personal favs. This place is riddled with music memorabilia. Visit ASAP.

Great memorabilia and ambiance. We had the flatbread and two cheeseburgers, and they were very good. I'm giving it 4 stars, however, because it took them 43 minutes to bring the burgers; we asked for the pesto on the flatbread to be on the side and it wasn't; and the french fries were mushy and not fresh.

After watching JVKE's concert, we headed over to Hard Rock for dinner and were lucky enough to walk in and be seated immediately. Alexa was our server and she was fabulous. Very astute to our needs, Alexa and her colleagues made sure our drinks were never empty and always followed up. Thanks to Alexa's food suggestions, we enjoyed a very delicious dinner. In the end, though we were full, Alexa convinced us to get the Apple cobbler dessert, and we're so glad she did. That topped off the evening perfectly. Thanks Alexa!

The experience was fantastic! If you are any type of music fan, there is so much fascinating decor to look at. Our waiter was great. He ensured our glasses were always full and had a great personality. The food was mediocre. I had a fried Cuban sandwich from the specials menu, and it was dry. The Diablo Burger was just okay, and the mixed drinks were satisfactory. We expected more, but it seems the atmosphere was better than the food.

The biggest Hard Rock Cafe! Also, the best (my opinion). It has great food & drinks, you can request your fav songs/albums/bands and just sit back, sip and enjoy!!
There’s a big collection of guitars, vinyls, concert pictures on display and it just takes you away!

The food is amazing and they have a pretty decent gluten free selection. Their gluten free hamburger bun looked even better than the regular bun =)... And the service was the best I've ever had!

Always great service and good food.

The restaurant is huge, and there's plenty going on so no matter where you sit you won't feel out of the way.

There's a wide range of music from all genres being played inside and it creates a wonderful atmosphere.
