Foxtail Coffee Co. - Mount Dora

Brand new cafe with a large indoor seating area, bar stools against the window, muffins and other baked goods to eat with your fresh brewed coffee or specialty drink. They offer traditional milks, creamers along with Almond and Oat milk options. I love the interior design and could easily imagine myself setting up a work or study area here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm not one to order fancy coffees, and they helped me understand what was what. Even though they were very busy, I didn't feel rushed through my order. I got an iced coffee with coconut cream flavoring and coconut milk. It was delicious!! Thank you!!

Visited here 3/14, encountered a barista named Kayla. Approached the counter and watched her send a text for a solid 45 seconds before she said any semblance of a greeting to my mother in law and I. We asked what flavors were made, she rudely said “we don’t make any”… it was a short tempered way of answering a question without further explaining the flavors that ARE available. She had a blast acting juvenile and giggling with her other barista co worker, so much so that our bagel sandwich that cooked for 90 seconds took 12 minutes from oven to box 👍🏼 the coffee was another 6-7 minutes. I promptly asked her for her managers name (Kenny) and have every intention to also notify him by phone of her unnecessary abrasive behavior and unprofessionalism. We frequent MD a lot as we own a family home on First. Next time we will just walk a few streets over to Edge on Third coffee.

So thankful for them being near by. I’ll place my order on the app and everything is ready to go when I get there. The staff is kind and considerate. The coffee is nothing short of amazing. My favorite is the oat milk latte with honey. And the pumpkin spice latte it’s perfect.

I tried the banana chai tea while I was on vacation and . . . 12/10 It was AMAZING cannot reccomend enough! I cant belive im saying this as a canadian, but better than tim hortans I loved it so, so good you need to try this!! Also the girl working there was so nice, and made the experience just that much better!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and one heck of a tasty cold brew coffee... I was in Florida for 5 days and I visited 3 times!

Once you enter its just a whiff of fresh coffee and all you see is smiling faces ready to Assist you. Let me tell you, i feel super happy, i have a foxtail close to me. Pumpkin Spice lattee tastes !!! Amazing.
