Ellianos Coffee

I love my coffee drinks and have been a Starbucks person for a while despite trying many places. I saw that this new spot opened and had to try it. My iced coffee was on point and my sandwich was fantastic. Their craft drinks are amazing as well. The service was great and the employees are so friendly. Overall, I do not have a single complaint.
I do see people here complaining about tipping. As someone who works in IT, I just want to say that these devices are programmed to ask that question. It’s not an obligation to tip so just say no and move on if it’s not your prerogative.

My family and I stopped by excited to try new coffee, as my mother in law and I love coffee. Unfortunately hers was on the bitter side. She got a hot carmela and didn’t take one drop of caramel. In the picture below that was my slice of ham AFTER I had to unfold it.

I’ve been 3 times now and coffee is amazing, as well as the infusions. Bagels & breakfast bowls are so good as well. Coffee is NOT bitter at all.smooth. Everyone iso nice as well.

My granddaughter is a fan of another coffee shop but she has a new one now. Freezers, smoothies and breakfast sandwich was awesome. However, even though I usually tip because I felt forced to.. I didn't this last time because it gets to be too much in a drive thru. When I pushed no tip, the employee looked at it after, her smile melted away and she didn't smile anymore. This practice needs to stop. Either get an app like Starbucks, or get a tip jar. I'll amend my review if this stops.

Decided to try out this new coffee shop on my way home from the gym. Their menu looks good, I just ordered an iced coffee. The coffee its self was ok, a bit on the bitter side. But what I really didn't like was when I gave the girl my credit card to pay for my coffee she straight up asked me if I wanted to give her a tip before processing my credit card. I was honestly a little bit in shock. Most places might have an option on the screen if you want to tip or they may have a tip jar, but for her to just straight up ask me for a tip was not something I've experienced at a coffee shop before and quite honestly was very irritating to me. I normally don't mind tipping, however I don't like tipping until after I've gotten my coffee. What if I had told her no? Then I risk her going and spitting in my coffee while she makes it. I think asking for a tip like this is really just a form of extortion. I think it's a bad practice and alienates the customer when they feel like a tip is mandatory. I hope this coffee shop will educate their employees on proper tipping etiquette.

Will never come here again. My wife got a turtle freeze and I got a Tuscany toffee iced. My coffee was almost too bitter to drink and my wife's coffee was a little on the bitter side. And the girl at the window had the nerve to ask for a tip

I went to Ellianos Coffee and purchased sandwiches and coffee. The products themselves were good. However, honestly I left not thinking about that... but with the irritation of being looked at in the eyes by the employee, asking if I would like to leave them a tip... while holding the device out of the window. I don't like being trapped like that when just going through a drive thru. It's enough to cause me to not go there, in order to avoid this awkwardness.

Best Coffee Shop in Eustis and you don't even have to go in! A must try is the Turtle Freezer! The employees are friendly and they know how to make tasty coffee.

Coffee was good, very friendly at the window. I will go back and try other options.
