They add a 15% tip automatically on every transaction and have extremely fine print displaying this in addition to their increased prices. Additional tip is still encouraged.

After a 1 dollar tip my total was $13 for a medium iced latte and a bottle of water.
Internet is also spotty so had to connect to the Starbucks network from across the street. Will not be coming back.

Nice staff and service. I got the ready brew coffee and maybe that was a bad idea. Perhaps I should have ordered something fresh. Yuck. I will try again and avoid the ready brew. The banana muffin is fab.

When I first moved to Miami Panther was my go to. Also, I remember around Jan 2021 prices were a bit less. Maybe inflation but personally have had much better coffee for a better price point.

Nowadays for a medium latte with no specialty added, $8. Definitely due to it being in coconut grove and having added tourist tax, but generally okay coffee. I would recommend Chugs diner down the street over Panther.

The baristas were nice, but atmosphere also unwelcoming.

In addition, the bathroom is awfully dirty and lacking.

Lastly, finding out from another review that a barista tip is already added and that is not clearly shown makes today the last day I will be giving panther coffee my business. As a student with limited funds who values where I give my business, I require transparency.

I never give one star reviews but genuinely extremely disappointed.

The single origin espresso is delicious. Try the espresso flight. Also the melted turbinado syrup is a nice touch.

I got the espresso flight which is supposed to bring two espressos of different flavors, a nitro cold brew and vanilla cold brew. First of all the coffee drinks were terribly expensive and include a 15% hidden tip that I didn't see posted anywhere, second the drinks were extremely bitter and tasted terrible nothing great about the flavor, third the barista with the afro hair was condensending in taking my order trying ti hurry up my order and not really answer any questions I had about the menu as it was my first time in this coffee shop, definitely didn't deserve the 15% tip, if I would have known I would have given 0% tip for the horrendous service. They even forgot to give me my second espresso after several minutes waiting around impatiently while the barista with the afro hair who took my order was laughing it up with the other baristas instead of trying to address my obvious concerns, will never return again and advise anyone who is reading this to not even bother and just go to the Starbucks that's around the corner better!

I like this phanter coffee place (better than the one in wynwood). The staff is kind and they don't mind to explain to you all the coffee options and the all the kinds of preparations. I truly recommend to visit this one.

I actually liked this place better than Starbucks. The staff was welcoming and friendly. My latte was delicious and I was surprised by the heart in the foam.

Great coffee, nice compostable packing, and did a good job changing service to adapt to covid guidances (order window, couple of outdoor tables, no in-store service)

The coffee is great quality and so tasty! I recommend the ice vanilla latte. The baristas are really knowledgeable and kind. I’m a regular and I’ll never change my local spot, it’s the perfect start to my morning!

Best espresso drinks served in Miami! Some of the friendliest staff you will encounter in coffee shop industry. It can get busy on weekends but usually really quick way to get caffeine during weekdays! Ask for Cortado with warm milk (instead of hot)
