Panther Coffee - Coconut Grove

Loved this place! Good coffee. Loved the espresso flight. I like what they're doing a lot.

Definitely not for everyone, they don't have flavored syrups because they want you to have an experience with their coffee. It's also very dark, so maybe not the best place for face to face meetings, unless you wanna sit outside!

Coffee is ok, Starbucks across the street is a better option. Service is unpleasant and they automatically add 15% service charge without telling you, then ask for additional tip on top.

I’m Colombian so I do drink coffee a lot. The lady was attentive and kindly explained the difference between Americano Café and American Coffee… Either way the coffee it self was terrible it was like coffee flavored hot water and a sour taste like it has lemon juice on it.

-Panther Coffee's location in the Grove aka Coconut Grove is a easy to get to coffee shop.
-It's a nice place to grab a quick cup of joe.
-You'll see working professionals, friends and bicyclists who will stop here.
-The drip coffee was good & strong which is good enough for me.

Overall, this a nice coffee shop within this hustling & bustling beautiful part of Miami.

The toxic attitude here towards customers is jaw dropping. I cringe every time. It’s like these servers hate humans. I hope management can see this and bring positive change. I don’t think it would hurt to bring back the Panther coffee everyone fell in love with.

If you get your cold brew without ice they literally tell you they won’t fill up the cup all the way with coffee to account for the space that would’ve been filled by ice … and that the get the cup filled all the way it’s extra. Kind of insane for the prices they already have and just greedy, go somewhere else

I usually go to the wynwood location but loved this one in the grove too.

Great place for coffee! Super smooth coffee and friendly baristas! I love that they can do coffee art. I'll definitely come back for another cup soon!

As a foreigner, a friend raved about their coffee, so naturally as a cafe owner and coffee lover, I looked forward to trying their coffee.

So three days ago, my daughter and I visited while my wife circled the block. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes looking at the menu and two staff walked past us about 4 times without acknowledging us - but the young woman chatted to a patron who was already seated and enjoying themself. So naturally my daughter and I left.

I never understood the phrase “Die, Yuppie Scum!” until this experience - from the pretentious descriptions of the Ethiopian/Kenyan/Ugandan coffee to the total contempt of the staff to customers wanting a simple “Hello”. We will never darken the doors of Panther Coffee again!

My Single Estate Blue Mountain Coffee will remain the simple pleasure that I wake up to every morning - THAT I know doesn’t require descriptions of “Hints of…”.

Oh, and the 15% gratuity automatically added to every bill? They can kiss my $**!!!!

It’s a lovely place ! We came here for breakfast and were super happy with the food and drinks. Chicken salad sandwich was delicious.
