Horrible service. Never come at the time of pick up because they’ll make you wait another 10-20mins. Say that they just started making the food. Wouldn’t recommend if you want late food. And it wasn’t even busy when I placed my order. And another customer that didn’t make his order online got his food first. While I have to wait for mine to be prepared after his. So much for ordering online. Disappointed.

One of the best coffee shops ever, I always order delivery to my job, Amazing service and fast deliveries, the delivery driver knows my name and always has a great attitude. The one time there was an "issue" with an order they called me to fix it. Never have I had a place call me to fix an order. Felt paid attention to, will always keep ordering from them. Amazing service

Miami Gardenes location. Very convenient and reasonably priced. Some of the food is mediocre but they probably have THEE BEST croquettas in all of Miami

Look, it's a very fast-paced coffee shop. Are they perfect? No. Do I expect them to be? No. However, 95% of the time that I order delivery or pickup, it is in my hands in 20 minutes. There has only been one time that I ordered and they forgot to send my food which they were sincerely sorry for. For fast-food prices (I'm talking like $10 with tip people), you really cannot complain about this place and for that, I'm still giving them 5 stars!!!

I come here often not much to complaint about. I see some of these bad reviews about not having yellow rice or delivery was a little late or they stopped serving breakfast 5 minutes before 11. What's wrong with you millenials. I would steer away from their recession specials they are no bueno.

This was our first time ordering from Al's for an entire office staff.The online ordering made it so easy and we got the order in no time at all! The price was excellent as well. What an experience! The food was excellent, everyone was extremely happy with their food. They even gave us extra creamer in little cup for the coffees! We will definitely be ordering there again and again..

I usually order online but the food is amazing! Best croquetas I’ve ever had …don’t tell my mom. Bacon is super good too!

Convenient place for breakfast and lunch . In the Downtown of Coral Gables, very affordable, good service and nice staff . Check their website to order or just walk in .

The food is super inexpensive, the delivery is lightening fast and everything I've had tastes amazing. Super consistent, never had any issues. This place it batting 1000! One of my favorite places to order from EVER!

Excellent customer service and Delivery, Superior quality delicious tasty food, overall Amazing and will be returning for more. I’m definitely a very happy customer. FYI very prices.
