Shepherd Artisan Coffee

Fun place for snacks and people watching. There is often a queue - but it moves fast. This visit we just had cappuccinos - reliably good. We have had a mean açaí bowl in the past, although with a less good cooked breakfast. At Shepherd you are immersed in the bustle of Collins all with the Beatles soundtrack that they tend to prefer.

I’m very disappointed as I only came back based on a previously good experience. Unfortunately, this time the chai latte did not taste of chai at all, except oat milk. And it was very expensive. When I asked the barista to add more chai she gave me attitude. I would not come back here again.

No effort was put in preparing food. No flavor. Huge chunks of cheap tomatoes, onions, celery were thrown on top of old quinoa that was stale and glued in chunks. Not coming back

Right across the street from my AirBNB, definitely needed my morning coffee. Walked it and it was a cute little cafe. Loved the book shelf in the back. They had huge menu from Iced Drinks to Smoothies and Croissants. I got a Iced Chai Latte with Hazelnut , chocolate croissant and blueberry muffin. Everything was so good. The staff was chill and very cheerful. This definitely will be my coffee spot for the rest of the vacation.

I ordered the Shepherd Frappe with pistachio flavor. It was delicious to the very last drop 🤤

Eggs were undercooked, coffee was meh. Nice space inside, but wouldn’t come back again! Feels like a tourist trap…

I bought a mango drink here. It was so good and refreshing.

Expensive. Aggressive service. Have to pay with a credit card and you have to tip. Not many options in the area, unfortunately. The coffee is very strong and bitter, not a good combo.
