Shepherd Artisan Coffee

Small pieces of paper cloth or some other fabric were attached to our bagel. We couldn’t eat it.

Edit: perhaps my incident was caused by a previous set of employees. The new employees, service and quality of coffee are very good.

This is such a refreshing oasis when you need a break from the typical South Beach scene. Great coffee, healthy meals that are reasonably priced, and even a few alcoholic beverages. Beatles playing in the background was also a nice change. Happy to have found this place!

Good coffee (that's the most important since majority of US has terrible "gas station" coffee )

Clean restrooms and friendly staff. Nice outside seating and of course good location.

Nice place, but not the place for someone who appreciates coffee. They didn’t have beans to sell, no unique coffee beverages, and they drowned the ice coffee I ordered in oat milk to the point I could not taste the coffee’s flavors. They also charged $1.50 for the milk when I only asked for a splash of it. If you are searching for a good coffee experience and appreciate the roasting and beans that an establishment uses, I’d recommend trying somewhere else.

Delicious food and great coffee. Staff is polite and keen to help. Must admit this would be one of my breakfast destinations in Miami south beach.

The items the customers were drinking out doors looked good. There were only 3 people ahead of me. One person behind the counter doing her best while the others workers were probably busy somewhere else. Only 40 min in line and then another employee came out when i was up next. Then a few minutes waiting for a smoothie.
Consider going here when more employees are behind the counter or be prepared to wait. No Cash. Only electronic payment at the time i was here.

They were busy each of the 3 times we went, so i did have to leave the queue and return when the only person behind the counter had caught up with her orders. First time we went, the lady who served me, wasn't the most friendly, but we didn't let that bother us. Coffee was really nice, as were the macarons, although i think these were frozen and stored in the fridge counter (but i may be wrong)

The shop itself is very nice. It's clean and the staff we're very friendly. As for the coffee, it is intensely disappointing. My coffee was heavily over brewed. Had over $4 for a black cup of coffee, I expect a much higher quality.

We were happy to find a place in Florida that serves espresso and does not confuse a macchiato with a latte macchiato... However, the espresso was very sour and had little flavor. Bummer.
