Einstein Bros. Bagels

Ordered a bacon and cheddar breakfast bagel. I found it to be quite dry. They need some type of sauce or to offer cream cheese maybe. Portion size was good. Most of all I was disappointed that not even one napkin was included in the bag at the drive-thru. I didn't realize until I was long gone. I'll stick to making my own at home.

Great bagel made to order. Very prompt and pleasant service. Very conveniently located and clean. Easy access including handicap availability. Great start of my day!

Food is good but coffee is usually cold and not too great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Drive in is quick.

My wife and I starting going to Einstein Bagels a couple months ago but of late when I would go in there 1:30 quarter to 2 they would have no coffee I asked the employee and told her you're out of coffee she we stop making coffee at 2 I said well aren't you open till 3 I've been in the restaurant business and we stay open for customers until the time we close if a customer comes in we should have coffee Bagel sandwich whatever they require so now this is like the third time this has happened also they have very little Bagels left I my be able to understand that but no coffee that's not correct I might have to go to a different Einstein's Bagel or just don't go there anymore so this place is the one on Palm Bay Road behind the racetrack gas station

Slowest service I’ve ever received. Every time I come here they’re always running behind. Last time I came through the drive thru with a full tank of gas and by the time I finally got my order the talk was half full from idling for so long. This establishment is very poorly managed and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone that doesn’t want to spend hours waiting for food.

First time for me! Had the best breakfast sandwich. The bacon, egg and ham was very tasty. Also not to mention the bagel was baked to perfection! Definitely will go again 👍,!!

Since they have moved to their new location it has been awful! The service is super slow and the new employees are not friendly at all. I waited in the drive thru for more than 30 mins with only 3 cars in front of me. I had to repeat my order 4 times and it was still wrong when I confirmed at the window when paying. So sad, we loved this place, but this last visit was the last straw. We are done!

Absolutely unacceptable drive-thru wait times and very poor inventory management. This has been a problem for months. And to make the wait time even worse, many menu items are often unavailable by mid-morning.
