Einstein Bros. Bagels

Place is cheapening their food. Discontinued salmon cream cheese in order to sell more lox I am assuming. Burrito was uncooked and disgusting sticking to the paper. Another company following the American tradition of doing poor quality job and products.

Very slow service. Don't bother with this place if you're in a rush. We had a simple order of 3 sandwiches and two drinks and had to pull to the side because for some reason it takes more than 2 minutes to make a sandwich. Took 20 minutes to get through the drive through, pretty poor.

Had Nova lox with jalapeño bagel for brunch 🥯 it was so delicious!! Staffs were so nice and welcoming. They patiently helped me to make my order. You know there were a lot to choose from haha. Perfect little cute bakery for breakfast or just a tasty savory treat.

Another morning with a 30 minute drive thru wait to get one bagel. They should set up a two lane drive thru like chick fil a or have someone taking orders outside during busy times. I don’t think I’ll be going back here because all three times I’ve come in the morning I’ve had to wait at least 30 minutes. Today the person in front of me had a huge order. Maybe you should require orders like that ahead of time and inside, so those of us trying to get one bagel and go work on time can get thru the line. I can’t even enjoy my bagel because I have 10 minutes to get ready for a meeting. Next time I’m hungry, I’ll go to McDonald’s.

This was THE WORST freshly made bagel I ever had, I got the veg out one. The lettuce and spinach was brown and cream cheese and everything bagel had no flavor. Wawa's veggie bagel is wayyyyy better. Don't waste your money! Total let down.

They have the best bagels been a customer for years. Disappointed that they discontinued Salmon Schmear. It was half of the reason I went there. I guess they're trying to keep me away and help my waistline. Bring it back!

I witnessed the craziest thing in drive thru today at apx 1100 am. 4480 Hollywood Blvd, Melbourne, Fl location. First, I love dogs myself. Car in front had a Labrador. I witnessed TWO female employees feed this dog with their bare hands out of drive thru window. One open hand fed him from drive thru window. Allowing the dog to lick her bare hand. So, would you like a little dog spit with your bagel? Can you say report to Health Department? Can you say gross? Needless to say I drove right passed the window. After I waited 20+ minutes in line. Makes you think what’s going on in back kitchen?….if they are that comfortable at the window. Letting dogs lick their hand . Then continue serving customers? Hep A, COVID, communicable diseases…. My goodness.

Always get cold bagels when I ask for toasted. No way your cooking them how corporate instructs you too.

Love the food I love the drinks fantastic place you will come again
