Einstein Bros. Bagels

I often go here for delicious tasty sesame bagels. The people who work there are very friendly and accommodating. The Caribou
coffee is excellent, as I like decaf and it is water processed. That means no chemicals are used for the decaf process. Now they have free coffee with purchase, and if you fill out the survey you get three free bagels on your next purchase. Love this place!

Why I have not been here before is beyond me, their sandwiches are fantastic and by far the best coffee I have ever had. Make Starbucks look like a joke. I highly recommend that you try it.

In town on a vacation. I have been here twice now out of convenience. They told me it would be a "small difference" in cost difference when upgrading from dozen bagels and dozen with cream cheese. It was a five dollar difference, thats a lot for my family. The second visit i got a cold coffee and it was supposed to be hot. Just a let down not a major deal.

They are the best! Love the Vanilla Latte with expresso shot. The staff are kind and always have a smile. One time, I was having a really hard day and went to get some coffee. They heard the pain in my voice and gave it to me free and I couldn't stop crying. They were so nice.

Had a really good experience this morning at the drive thru. Justin was awesome. He was friendly and great with suggestions. I always visit the location when I am in town and they are always great.

Horribly, digustingly slow every time I visit. Shouldn't take 20+ minutes to go through drive through with 2 vehicles in front of you. Filth of a menagement team must not care because for over a year now same problem.

While the bagels are good, I dont understand how one bagel with cream cheese takes so long. I thought when I walked out of there a few months ago without getting my paid for order after standing waiting with the other patrons who have been waiting just as long and the line not moving for almost 25 mins was a fluke. Maybe since it was morning. Maybe they were understaffed...Now we went there almost 1 pm and really not much in the difference of wait times. And my bagel came out cold.So, I guess lesson learned.

The drive thru line when I visited was insanely long, I waited 30 minutes on a Sunday morning. I wish I was kidding, it's a curb drive-thru once you're in, you're in- cars in front & in back of you. When I received my food it was okay, my bagel had too much cream cheese for my liking. But, they did comp me 10% off for the wait

The food is always great at every location but this one's customer service is absolutely AMAZING!!!
I got there less than 30 minutes before close on a very very slow day. Needless to say they had started breaking down for the day.
However, rather than saying they couldn't make the drinks they let me know it would be 4 minutes for the machine to go through the wash and then they could start my drinks. They assured me that this wasn't an inconvenience at all (though having worked customer service and food service I am sure it was at least a little).
The gentleman I spoke to even took 10% off for my wait.
They really went above and beyond for me. Whoever is doing the hiring at this location is doing an AMAZING job! I'm bummed I didn't get the name of the person I spoke with. He really is an asset to the company.
I absolutely recommend this brand and this location. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Great staff, food is well prepared, coffee is hot. Can be slow at the drive-thru but honestly, if you mind waiting 5+ minutes for piping hot food, park and go in. If you go often, make sure you sign up for the app, I've already gotten 3+ free sandwiches and they don't mind if you just get a points item and go. If you're eating healthy, they have egg white options and the regular bagels are MUCH healthier than the signature or gourmet.
