Einstein Bros. Bagels

i love here and my bagel is always delicious but i wanted to stop before work luckily i left 20 minutes earlier then needed because after paying i waited at the window 10 minutes for my food and i only got 1 bagel the gentleman behind me literally backed out of the drive through and left because he was sick of waiting and to be honest i would’ve to if i hadn’t already paid it’s 12 o’clock they are busy I just don’t understand why they wait until after you pay to even start making your food not when u order it

Very fresh food, coffee is tasty, and great customer service. I love the French toast sandwich and the new variety of coffee. Only complaints if I had them would be: Seasonal items are super popular and sell out before the season is over. Drive thru times are longer than most fast food places, but this is because everything is made to order.

Was very disappointed with my visit this morning. My bagels were just so-so, my order was wrong even though I was the only person in there, and I couldn't use any of the perks the Einstein app offered bc they didn't feel like setting it up in their store. I very much felt ripped off by my experience there, a mistake I certainly won't make twice.

Every time we come here its always a 15-20 minute wait in the drive through. Today it was over 30 minutes. Thankfully we didn't have anywhere to be, but the baby was screaming in the backseat, and my groceries are melting in the car. Hire more people or streamline the drive thru process because this is not acceptable for a drive thru.

Have been here once with my wife just to check out the place. The bagels or I will say the one I got was rather on the small side. Nothing special. I'm sure many people like this shop but I can't justify coming back. There are other places that offer this type of menu and seem to do a better job.

Pretty good Bagels for Florida. Toast them a little and they get more chewy. Salmon schmear aka cream cheese is yum. I've eaten the whole tub more than once. Their breakfast and lunch sandwiches also yum. And their coffee, yep that would be a yum😋

The food here is excellent. They have good bagels and great egg sandwiches which use freshly cracked eggs. The green chili bagel is worth getting and has a good flavour. This restaurant is very clean and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend going here for breakfast or lunch!

Edit 2/2/2020: Went back here and found the workers coughing all over the food again.

Saw workers coughing on orders and decided to cancel my order and leave. Sweet tea is usually too sweet and coffee tastes like they use spoiled milk. They also have one person who has to go between two different registers, one for ordering and a separate one for paying. Used to go here as it’s right around the corner from where I live but after this visit I will not be going to this one again.

Jalapeño Cheddar bagel was flavorful and soft, drive thru was super fast on a late morning weekday. Would definitely come here again.

Waited in the drive thru line for 40 minutes!
