Krispy Kreme

Always a pleasant experience, visiting a Krispy Kreme. Their doughnuts are fluffy, fresh, and oh so delicious.

We were very specific as to the type of filled goodie, very specific. Only to learn that Bavarian creme is ....any creme to the salesperson.. That nasty cake frosting type of creme. I understand that you may be busy, maybe many orders be shouted out amongst fellow workers, but we're talking donuts here, and only donuts. One food item, it's not an entire restaurant menu. Please educate and train your staff to listen to and understand individual orders, one customer at a time to avoid mistskes. I'll continue to support my mom n pop thank you, they are more personable anyway, you are highly over-rated. And what kind of "man" is easily offended by the word s**t, I'll bet that you and your entire staff talk it😎

Did a order through UberEats and donuts were going for a friends birthday.. I really appreciated that the young lady wrote “Happy Birthday” on the box. She also told me if I would’ve given them 24 notice, that they would have decorated the donuts all pretty. It’s the thought that counts!!!

I love Krispy Kreme, but sometimes the donuts taste like they have been fried in grease that should have been changed. Also, they stopped making Blueberry donuts except on weekends. Last two visits my order has been wrong, tried to call, but no one picked up phone. This is the shop on 103rd, in Jax, FL.

Easy to see right off of 103rd Street servicing Orange Park and the adjoining areas of Jacksonville. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Drive through available for easy ordering. Clean facilities. Public Restrooms. Reasonably priced. Nice staff. We will definitely be going back.

I ordered through the drive thru. They rang the order wrong. Didn't give me what I ordered. Asked me if I wanted sugar in my coffee I told them no. I wanted 1 pack of splenda. Then at the window she asked me twice how many sugars I wanted in the coffee. I told her 1 pack of append a each time. I ordered a pumpkin spice donut and got a ice chocolate instead. She rang me for an iced chocolate when I never ordered it and never said anything about chocolate. Very dissatisfied.

This Krispy Kreme is the cleanest and the freshest coffee..and of course the greatest donuts.

Alisha was phenomenal. She made my day!! Customer service was second to none. She ended 2020 on a high note for me. Doughnuts were awesome and my drinks refreshing. Thank you for the wonderful experience

The older guy that was on the Register was really nice

First off I'll state my mother loves these donuts so I went out to buy her some. I was a bit sad they were out of the chocolate glaze donut for her and got regular donuts and they surprised me by making two chocolate glaze just for her. Best costumer serves <3
