Despite the reviews that aren’t so good, I order simple and never really go for bigger orders. Everything I get is proper, and the customer service is excellent. Show some love during the pandemic and support em’, Jessica made my drive through experience excellenté. Ty Jess ❤️ I love Donuts.

Placed an order through the drive thru only waited 5 minutes. Good customer service. Would rate 5 star. However, donuts were not hot. Still my favorite glazed donut. Paid 10.49 for a dozen donuts.

These donuts are pretty hard to beat. The service here is always great. And they keep their products fresh. The store is always very clean and they have bathroom that won’t scare you. Give this place a try. You won’t regret it. Look for that hot now sign. Get the regular glazed when they are hot. Wow

Saturday, Sept 5 I went on the internet to see what time the Krispy Kreme place on 103rd ST was closing. It was currently 10 pm so I figured I had the better part of the hour to get there. I arrived at 10:15 pm, we’ll within the hour time limit. The lady told me they were completely out of donuts. Apparently the store had a banner sales day, or maybe the store manager is a sorry operator and doesn’t plan well. Either way, I left very unhappy and with no donuts. I sure hope your other stores are better or your path is the same path as the dodo bird. EXTINCT.

We came in right before they closed & Brian D, a absolutely fantastic worker, was more than willing to ensure we got what we wanted & with as many coupons or deals as we could. Even though it was almost closing time for him, he still did everything he could to make sure we were beyond satisfied with the most positive attitude possible!! It’s people like him that really make my day! Keep up the great GREAT work Brian!!

This location can do better. Young teens working at this location need to play close attention to details and be a attentive to the customers needs. No customer service training, so unconcerned about mistakes made on customers orders. They should send to Chick-fil-A to learn customer service skills..

Ordered through the drive through, with specific flavors wanted in a dozen (half one, half another), along with a dozen original. Got home to discover the flavors requested weren't what we got. Went back, got attitude from the cashier asking if that was the flavors we really wanted. They used the same box, and replaced half to the correct ones. The other half were supposed to be lemon filled. No filling on any of them, they were just round, glazed, with no lemon filling on any of them.
If ordering from this location, check all your boxes and donuts before leaving. And be prepared for an attitude.

It's Krispy Kreme. Do people need to be told how delicious it is? One of the photos is of Cedar Hills auto repair, which I also have been to. They are me go-go auto repair for my 2003 Toyota Tacoma! Awesome!
